From the moment you arrive you realise you have found a hidden piece of Sorrento paradise. The staff welcome you and are genuine in their greeting.
The luxury of the reception area is elegant.
The rooms are well appointed and the beds very comfortable. King size if required and definitely a true firm king bed.
The views are to die for.
The lift to the private beach a necessity.
Breakfast is excellent and caters to all tastes.
Must book for dinner. Doesn't matter if you are a guest - no booking no table.
Easy walk to many fine restaurants.
We WILL be back for another long stay.

Hotel and rooms with beautiful view and fantastic location. Wonderful place at the beach and swimming pool with view. Fine rooms, quiet and good comfort. Good restaurant as well. Near the center, but not too busy. We loved it.

I recently spent a few nights at Hotel Grand Riviera and it was the best. the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Also Gianni at the concierge stood out the most. He was amazing and helped us with transfers and tours with most pleasure and honesty. will stay again.

We stayed at Grand Hotel Riviera for 5 nights as a family and had a brilliant time. The hotel is very well kept and all areas are beautiful. This is definitely a FULL 4 Star hotel, unlike some others in the area...

The "beach' is great and very well structured. It is accessed via a lift down to see level. It has its own towels and bar area and access to the sea is via little stairs. The kids loved it!

The pool is also very nice and has an integrated jacuzzi. Again it is possible to order drinks straight from the pool area.

We also rented a boat with a skipper on one day through the hotel and the boat picked us up straight from the hotel which again was very convenient.

Breakfast is served on a terrace with direct unlimited view of the sea and mount Vesuvius and I can think of no better way to start the day...!

Another big plus of the hotel is that it has its own parking on site and this is quite rare in the area.

One last but very important thing to stress is that staff is amazingly nice and helpful. Everyone is super welcoming and keen to make your experience a great one so overall I would say that we thoroughly recommend Grand Hotel Riviera.

Room Tip: We had a suite (number 506) and it could comfortably sleep 5! It was huge and so was the bathroom which had a bath, a shower, 2 sinks, a toilet and a bidet! The room also had a good size terrace overlooking the sea!!!

We have just returned from yet another lovely holiday at the Riviera. We would like to thank all the amazing staff for making our stay so good. There are too many to name individually, everyone treated us so well and did their utmost to help us in every way possible and we sincerely hope we will return soon. Our room was spotless as were all the public areas. The lounge has been beautifully refurbished even though it looked perfect before! Thank you all so much, a memorable holiday yet again
