Customer satisfaction is not what they strive for. The boat captain was more like a disgruntled driver than a tour guide. There was a mixup at the office and 3 couples were on the wrong boat (wrong tour) and did not get the swimming, lunch and tour they paid for. The captain did not care, did not try to fix the situation and did not apologize-neither did the office. On our return trip, the captain arrived 5 minutes early, picked up half the group who were there and pulled away from dock early leaving the rest who walking towards the boat (one of whom was pregnant!!) He reluctantly turned around but was clearly annoyed even though all of us were on time! He may have been having a bad day but that’s not what people want, expect or pay for! Thankfully, our agent booked another tour boat company (to make up for the bad experience) and that trip was awesome (as promised!)!
