Beautiful building. Central location. Well decorated colorful(to say the least) rooms. Helpful staff. Very clean. Great views from every room. You'll love it if you stay there. The club lounge is great. Snacks, Prosecco, cold drinks, cappuccino available to guests all day. Enjoy your stay.

Room Tip: All rooms overlook the ocean. Can't go wrong

My wife and I have just returned from a 5 night stay at this fantastic hotel. We had an amazing room on the top floor with a view overlooking the bay of Naples and Vesuvius. On arrival a bottle of Prossecco was waiting in the room for us while we took in the amazing view. A visit to the club lounge is a must where you can enjoy wine beer and snacks provided free for guests. We had dinner on the terrace restaurant, the food was superb and again with that amazing view. Breakfast is also an experience from smoked salmon, choice of meats to eggs cooked fresh. The staff were friendly and attentive looking after your every need. This hotel is a bit more expensive than some but was worth every penny. This is one not to be missed

Room Tip: Ask for sea view

My wife and I spent 5 days of our Honeymoon at this hotel. Quite simply, it is the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in. A beautiful building in a stunning location. We never got bored of the view whilst enjoying Prossecco and Canapés that the hotel had provided for the guests. The terrace restaurant at the front of the hotel is highly recommended, the food and wine was superb. All the staff were lovely and made us both feel very welcome. It is expensive to stay here but I believe you get what you pay for and we hope one day to return to this exquisite hotel.

Another fabulous Italian hotel, with first class service, a beautiful setting and great facilities,
An example of the service: our luggage was delayed so after waiting for 2 hours (!) to fill out the necessary forms our driver Gustavo whisked us to the hotel (with a stop to admire the view and try a lemon gelato). When we informed the hotel they took charge of the process - they continued to check the website and call the airport to chase our luggage. It arrived a day later, delivered to our room.
We stayed in the Rock Suite as a 50th birthday treat - it's an amazing suite built into the cliff with a indoor pool in the room and a beautiful four poster bed, It's not cheap but it's a great indulgence.
The breakfasts were superb (with freshly cooked eggs to your liking as an option) but the free drinks, light meals and snacks as part of the lounge make the hotel excellent value. We were able to have a light lunch from the lounge to get us through the day, and then a glass or two of Prosecco, wine, beer etc and canapés on the terrace overlooking the sea before dinner.
The other great feature is the solarium down on sea level - sun loungers, umbrellas, towels, service and direct access into the water. They have a small swimming pool but who needs it when you have something like this?
The downsides? I can't think of any.
Overall, an amazing hotel and a wonderful experience.

When you think of a first class hotel, it's about the setting, the physical structure, the service and the value. Bellevue Syrene has it all. The hotel sits embedded into the cliffside and the views of the sea are its greatest attractions. The service is impeccable, and the hotel strives to create a luxurious relaxed atmosphere, with complimentary prosecco, wine and cocktails with hors d-oeuvres at 6 pm on the deck overlooking the sea, as well as a fully stocked and delicious breakfast buffet on the veranda at the opposite end of the hotel in the morning. Our room was clean, and modern - and if there were one slight criticism, it would be the choice of pastel pinks and purple decor. That said, it was thematic through other areas of the hotel, like the Club Lounge. We spent a day down on the hotel's deck by the water, and were graciously assisted by the staff there, who not only gave us towels, but set up our chaises and opened umbrellas for us. We noted that the head maitre d' was not only present at breakfast but at dinner, which evidences dedicated service. Overall, this was a superb, high end experience that I'd highly recommend.

Room Tip: A higher floor room facing the sea

We have just returned from spending 8 nights here and hope our impressions will be of value. Firstly, believe all the positive reviews that are already posted. The Hotel Bellevue Syrene is an amazing hotel and the views are breathtaking. It is however, the staff that made our holiday truly memorable. They made us feel so welcome and comfortable we really did not want to leave!
We did think that it would be useful to share a few tips, although they in no way diminished our enjoyment of the hotel.
1. The bathing deck does lose the sunshine due to its position directly below the cliff at 5.30pm. The most desirable beds being at the very end of the pier enjoying the longest amount of sunshine. So any plans to sit in the sunshine after a long day sightseeing will be thwarted by mother nature!
2. The pool is definitely more of a plunge pool being only 85cm in depth and only a few strokes in length. From 6pm onwards it can feel a little awkward sitting in your bathers being overlooked by diners above and non residents who are welcomed onto the shared terrace.
3. As is typical in Europe, if you are English, you will have to wait to have your first cup of tea of the day on the terrace as there are no tea making facilities. Not really a hardship considering the views!
This is definitely a Hotel that we would recommend and certainly would love to return to in the future,

Everything about this hotel is just perfect. The view from the terrace, the service, the solarium... It is close to the ports and attractions. I can definitely recommend. The staff can not do enough for you and the views make this place very special.
