The staff at the hotel staff couldn't do enough for you. They were friendly and accommodating. The rooms do not have tea making facilities, but it can be ordered and staff are only to happy to bring refreshments to your room. The room was beautifully decorated in a modern style with a lovely en suite bathroom. The room also had a lovely view of the main square from its balcony. The breakfast choice was wonderful, and it was a pity that the weather was so cold while we were there, (early February), otherwise you could have taken breakfast outside on the large first floor balcony. My only niggle is that there was no where else to relax other than in your room as the weather did not permit you to make use of either the balcony that was part of your room, or the balcony off of the dining room. This is a small, intimate hotel that is in the very centre of Sorrento and has easy walking access to the rail/bus station and the ferry which is just across the square. It is sooooo convenient for everything.

Where shall I begin?...This trip was incredibly lovely and magical for my husband and I. We returned to Sorrento after so many years, to celebrate my birthday and our wedding anniversary!. The Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais Hotel was one of the reasons for our good cheer and happy hearts! The entire staff was absolutely lovely!..Absolutely kind and so generous with their attention, to making sure, we were accommodated with 'all things wonderful'. Maria, Ariana, Simona, Marianna and so many others, were always there to surround us with 'La Dolce Vita'. The hotel is centrally located, right in the main center...(Piazza Tasso) of Sorrento. Access to the train, bus transit, and boat excursions, were within walking distance!. So, if you decided not to rent a car, travelling would be no problem (and besides, parking garages were a bit expensive).....the location makes for a convenient and so 'stress free' holiday!.....There are so many lovely restaurants nearby and we particularly enjoyed 'grocery shopping' down the street to boot!..It was great! The hotel is kept absolutely clean and lovely!....Breakfast is soooooooo yummy!...Simona makes sure that you are kindly taken care of, with delicious coffee and cappuccino!....Her scrambled eggs are 'heaven'...We were treated as family!...And that, in and of itself, was the 'stuff that dreams are made of'!.....Like the beautiful song serenades, "We will return to Sorrento!!...and to the Hotel Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais! A Piu Tardi, O and C Doerr

Room Tip: The entire hotel is lovely!..........And so incredilby quiet for being in the center of town!...The windows are so pretty and designed smartly, for noise control..........Fantastic!

If your looking for a place to stay with that old world charm then this might not be the place for you. But if your looking for a nice, clean, modern place in a great central location then this is a great choice, The staff was great, the breakfast great, only a short walk from the train station, easy to get to any parts of the town. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I just returned from a 4 days getaway in Sorrento. We chose Palazzo Januzzi based on Tripadvisor recommendation and we were not disappointed! The sleek design of the hotel created by Marco de Luca, well known Sorrento architect, along with comfortable beds and delicious breakfest made this hotel an unforgettable experience. Should I be picky, I would mention the issue of televison...The hotel claims to have international channels. Honestly, I worked the remote control all the way to channel 500 and found nothing...On the other hand, I improved my Italian watching an American movie with Diane Lane..and...who needs TV on a vacation in Italy? Would go back any time.
