Liana & family made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed our week. Rooms cleaned to a high standard although a touch on the small side for a family of 4. Breakfast was always fresh & enough selection. Only a short walk from the centre of town making it a good base, you are in a residential area & are overlooked but it was never a problem to us & always peaceful. Liana booked us a great driver for our transfers to & from Naples and if you need transport I would recommend using Carlo. Thanks to everyone for a great week.

we stayed for one week at the angiolina and had a fantastic stay, the rooms were very clean, the breakfast although maybe not extensive was fresh and met all of our needs.nothing was a problem for the staff who were great and super friendly.we had a family room which was a touch smaller than we thought it would be so storage was an issue(two teenage girls!!)there is a small terrace you can sunbathe on but you are overlooked by surrounding buildings.this is family run making you feel welcome and nothing is a problem.location is not too bad at all once you get your bearings and is only minutes away from station, buses, centre etc.overall i"d definately recommend this accomodation.thanks to you all for a memorable stay in sorrento

We've just arrived home after spending a week at Villa Angiolina and we loved our stay. The hotel location and garden were perfect. The room and bathroom spotlessly clean and the little private patio area outside the room was really appreciated.

The breakfast choices were great and very fresh and our flight time meant that we needed to leave very early on our last day and expected to buy a snack when we got to the airport but a packed breakfast was made up for us - thank you.

We visited all the recommended restaurants and found them to be good value for money, serving fresh local food. Overall we were really pleased with our choice of the Villa Angiolina and we would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to friends and family

Room Tip: On a rainy day we decided to visit the swimming pool and spa. The entrance for the pool was prohibit...

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Breakfast was very nice, the gardens are beautiful and Liana, you and your staff were excellent and very helpful. Hopefully we'll make it back to Sorrento some time. My work colleague is planning a trip to Sorrento and i told her to stay at Villa Angiolina.

My wife and I just spent 3 nights here March 11-14. We have travelled all over Europe and really enjoyed our stay here. This property is not off secluded on its own. It is surrounded on 3 sides by taller buildings and therefore has a bit of a urban feel. The cute girl who works behind the front desk is very helpful and has a great attitude and speaks pretty good English. .She recommended great restaurants. Our favorite was O-Parriachano (not sure of spelling). The only thing we wished they had was a better breakfast. They didnt have any warm food (eggs, bacon sausage...etc) and their coffee was nothing like American coffee...think American espress shots, but even stronger! They also didnt have any English speaking channels on tv in their room. We werent in the room much, so that was ok. The free wifi in the room is also great! We also really appreciated the fully enclosed shower! In Europe, we are used to getting the half enclosed showers that get water all over the bathroom floor. The location is pretty good...you have to walk 10 minutes to get to the main strip and 15-20 to get to the center of town and train station and harbor..There also are no water views from anywhere on the property. There are some pretty good views of the surrounding hills/mountains from our balcony.

We flew to Naples, took the bus to Naples railway station and caught the train to Sorrento. All rather basic but you do pass through Pompeii station, which was useful to know for later in the trip. Villa Angiolina is a 15/20 min walk from the station and 10mins up hill from the town centre. As you approach down a cinder track alley in a residential area, you are not sure what to expect, but once you enter the gates its lovely. Vines and other plants form a covered walkway to the patio area by the entrance. The family who run the facility were delightful and the daughter who speaks excellent english was very helpful. She recommended a few reataurants that all proved to be excellent. the best was the fish restaurant down on the sea front of the old maina (Marina Grande). The room was large, quite modern and very clean, with air-con. Its quiet and away from the busy town; we would stay there again. If you are walking up to the hotel from town, make sure you use Via Sersale as a cut through which is at one end of the Dumo, otherwise you will add 5/10mins to your walk.

We have just returned from 5 nights at the Angiolina having read many positive TA reviews before we went. It exceeded all our expectations, which were high anyway. Really nice family/staff, comfortable and clean room, beautiful gardens with fruit trees in abundance and all this at a very reasonable price and only 10-15 minutes from the centre of Sorrento. Who could ask for more? If you are planning a trip to this beautiful part of Italy, stay here!!!
