We have been there 7 or 8 times during out travels. We wound never think of going anywhere else when we are in sorrento. The father and sons are terrific. Frankie was very personable and we even had the chance to see his little baby this July. The food is fresh and has a lot of heart. Where others serve frozen pizza, antonino's is fresh! Do not miss a chance to meet them and enjoy the singing

This is an interesting venue, being a covered area reached by a flight of stairs, and having a real tree growing through the restaurant!
We went here on a very wet Sunday evening, when the town seemed completely deserted.
We got a warm welcome and were helped with our choice of dishes. We started with a very generous selection of mixed hors d'oevres, then I enjoyed a mixed seafood course while my wife had a delicious rib-eye (entrecote) steak. I found my tiramasu slighly heavy going, but my wife's panna cotta was great.
There were only one other couple present, so not a great atmosphere, but I guess it gets busy in the season.

It was a rainy night so we had to stay in doors but the outdoor area looked a great place for dining alfresco. Good pizzas, good beer and wine and the owner was very friendly. A good place to people watch. The tables next to us were full of Americans would ordered lots of different courses and hardly eat any of them, either they didn't like it and were afraid to say but it seemed a big waste to us.

Stumbled across this restaurant by accident and so glad we did. Cannot find fault with the excellent food, excellent service and wonderful ambience. We just felt so relaxed and comfortable with the waiting staff who were so pleasant, unpretensious and accomodating. This was followed by incredible food. The mixed grilled meat will satisfy the most committed carnivour and the veal piazziaola had a delicate sauce full of flavour that was a total delight. On top of all this the whole evening was fantastic value! The highlight of the evening was a conversation with the owner ogether with a taste of his home grown roasted chestnuts with sweetness and flavour never experienced before coupled with a sample of olive oil freshly pressed from olives from his garden. The olive oil was an experience we have never had before and was phenomenal!! We will be returning very soon on this holiday and would highly recommend this restaurant!!

We dined at Ristorante Sant'Antonio on our second night in Sorrento. It was located close to our accommodation, the setting appealed and the reviews were encouraging. Unfortunately, we must have attended on a bad night. Whilst the surroundings were attractive, the food was ordinary and the service, with the exception of the owner's son, sullen.
