Il Buco never disappoints in delivering a fantastic meal and dining experience. Not only are the ingredients the absolute freshest but the presentation of the plates are gorgeous-almost to the point you don't want to delve in...yes I took a photo of my scallops. What I'm most intrigued by is the combination of ingredients, the tuna tartare was diced to perfection and paired with green apple, another dish of calamari with whipped potato and mushrooms- not your usual amalgamation but delicious. My companions ordered a mousse dessert made with local Baba' and white chocolate-I'm not even a dessert person but wow, another pleasant surprise! Great creations from the chefs and a great wine list.
