“Beautiful place to visit!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 4, 2014

If you are in Amalfi you can't miss this! It is in the center square. We were just visiting the town for about 2 hours and stopped here for a couple pictures.

“Stunning”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 28, 2013

The church was welcoming visitors even though mass was due to start. The ceilings are wonderful as are some of the little chapels. I did not have time to read up on the Duomo first and would visit again. The outside façade is really stunning.

“Very Impressive Cathedral In An Impressive Italian Town”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 26, 2013

A very beautiful Church, but what sticks in my mind is that the remains of St Andrew (the Apostle) are kept here. A very humbling experience for me as a Catholic.

“Impressive cathedral”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 25, 2013

The Duomo is the most impressive building in the small town of Amalfi. As you are walking up the street and into the piazza all of a sudden there it is on your right. It is an imposing structure with an expanse of stairs leading up to the cathedral and watch tower. A small fee will gain you entrance into the cathedral and cloister. It was at the end of the tourist season so the town was not as busy as during the summer.

“Not the correct name but it is a magnificent church building”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 25, 2013

This is the Duomo di Sant' Andrea Apostolo. It is a magnificent church building in the town of Amalfi. It overlooks the Piazza Duomo in Amalfi. You walk up the street and go around the corner of a building and boom! there it is. See the reviews of the Duomo.
