Duomo di Sant'Andrea Apostolo is truly the heart of Amalfi. Where ever you are in the plaza you have a great eyeful of this Duomo. Very imposing with all it's steps but the inside is well worth the trip. Typical of Italian Beauty with it's Bronzes and Mosaics, The courtyard is a great place to think about where you would like to have dinner. If you are like us you will find the restaurant right next to the steps a great find. I'm sorry I forget the name but I will never forget the Gnochi. We ate there three nights in a row. Delish.
