“Very good pastas, an excellent meal!”
Reviewed January 6, 2014

Excellent meal, with great hand made pastas. The pasta al ragu were incredible! the seafood is really fresh and tasty. The vino della cas (the home wine) was good also. The waitress was very nice and welcomed us with delicious crostinis. Great place!

“not as good as expected”
Reviewed November 3, 2013

went there (rather drove up from Amalfi a few extra kms) after reading good reviews here. Now I am sure those were written by themselves or very good friends or the restaurant. I ordered a pizza, which turned out to be ... just average. Too much dough for a fine italian pizza. No special taste, no wow effect, just average. Sorry, this quality I cna get at any beach restaurnat. The prices are good though, but you need to add the "italian" coperto 2 EUR to get to the final amount for your lunch/dinner. I would not go there again. Unless very hungry...

“Already reviewed”
Reviewed October 27, 2013

A perfect day for us is to take the bus up to Pogerola for lunch in this delightful restaurant then take one of the three walks back to Amalfi. The food is delicious and Gino, Lucia and their family are lovely. Looking forward to Easter next year.

“Best pasta and focaccia in Amalfi”
Reviewed October 17, 2013

The pasta was authentic and fresh- with homemade real gravy! The focaccia was brought to our table right from their brick oven!

This restaurant is a must! They will pick you up at your hotel

“Fabulous place to eat.”
Reviewed October 15, 2013

What a find high in the mountains overlooking Amalfi. The family that runs this restaurant are most welcoming. The chef is very talented. He even runs a cooking class for those who wish to really see how Italian food is made. A must if in the area.
