We just happened upon this place while shopping in the city center of Amalfi. It's a lovely spot overlooking the water. They charge a cover, 3-5 euros per person, I can't remember exactly, but we found that to be common at any of the picturesque restaurants or bars that we visited.
Our server, who seemed like the manager or owner, was very helpful and friendly and spoke English. My husband had swordfish which was great, even to me who is not a huge fish fan. I had this creamy lemon basil pasta which was divine! We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant has a superb location on the beach with panoramic views of the sea. It is bright, clean and sophisticated in ambience. We were looked after personally by the Manager and by his team of attentive waiters. The main fish courses were chosen for us. Generous portions and very fresh. Perfectly cooked. Plates cleared greedily ! The local wine was excellent and at €18 terrific value. Really first class dining experience.

My husband and live in a city with amazing food and yes, we are a bit of a "foodie" couple. We had eaten great food in Italy for two weeks and felt happy with just a simple lunch one afternoon. Much to our surprise we stopped into a beach restaurant not expecting much and found a truly upscale foodie restaurant with an urban feel. The waiter was extremely helpful in providing a wine and entree recommendation and we loved the food. We ordered a lovely large "maccaroni" pasta with garlic breadcrumbs, small potato pieces and a lemon sauce - it was light and flavorful. The local white wine was so good we are ordering a case of it to be shipped to us. All foodies - heads up, do not miss a visit to this place!

Like most of the Amalfi coast, it's just expensive, but here they clearly charge you more for the view.

It's set on the beach by the exceptionally busy and overbearing Amalfi Port and bus stops.

The staff didn't seem in too much of a rush to help either.

Humph

The lovely little restaurant in on the water and the owner is almost always around and very helpful in making sure you get the best of what he offers! We ate here twice out of four nights and enjoyed them totally!
