This place is absolutely great - the menu consists of simple fare - focaccia, bruschetta, insalata and soups, but they are all made using the freshest local ingredients and taste amazing. Portions are generous. We tried everything except the insalata and it was all mouth wateringly good. We also tried several of the red wines on offer, which were also locally produced and tasty. A bottle of local red was only 6 euro! such a bargain! A huge focaccia sandwich with slabs of buffalo mozarella and prosciutto was only around 3 Euro. Sylish, minimal interiors. Inside a cave. Cafe-style establishment, rather than formal restaurant. There is also a deli, where you can purchase local olive oil, soups, preserved olives, mushrooms, artichokes and other goodies, and of course wines.
