“Good comfortable hotel with plentiful breakfast”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 23, 2012

My wife and I stayed here during a conference which was held next door... very convenient. As others have said, the hotel is quiet and comfortable and has a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was included in our tarif and there was plenty of good food to choose from.... only complaint was that the scrambled eggs tasted strange one morning and were not well cooked another. Staff were pleasant and helpful enough. Position would be a little remote if you don't have independent transport. Hire bikes are good option for getting around in Valencia, but I suggest you be very careful if you use the Valenbici hire bikes in the street. We were caught out badly and I have written a separate review elsewhere on Tripadvisor about our expensive experience. The hotel can point you to some good hire-bike shops.

We came for the grand prix weekend. As we had drove down from Barcelona, when we found the hotel there was some confusion about parking where at first we couldnt park in the basement then told we could.
There was no valet so you had to park yourself.
After what seemed an age to check in, We asked for someone to help with the bags. We was shown a trolly and told to help ourselves as they had no one hired to carry the bags and show our room.
Room was ok for a 3 star hotel and location was good.
The rudeness of the staff and shear laziness was what spoiled our stay and would never recommend this place again.

Very nice interior as you walk in to the lobby. The whole hotel was modern, stylish, and clean.
Has pool and tennis areas.
Service was good.
It was kind of in the middle of no where (tumble weed).. not too close to the busy city areas.
Think Novotel-esque.
Good standard hotel room for sleeping etc.
Nothing great to do with spa's and relaxation etc.

I stayed at this hotel in order to visit the F1 and although I booked six months in advance it was the only hotel in the area with a pool that wasn't already fully booked. For F1 weekend you have to be quick.
However I wasn't disappointed with my choice. The room was a decent size, clean and well appointed with free WiFi and was surprisingly quiet. I was on the top floor (8th) which might explain that. Breakfast was very simple and not really worth the 9 EUR but the evening meal for the set price of 10 EUR including wine was not only very good value for money but also very tasty. The pool is open to the public but isn't particularly busy even in June and at weekends. You can walk to the harbour (F1 circuit) in 35 minutes and the start of the beach in another 5 minutes or take a taxi for 10 EUR. I used to walk there and catch a taxi back. The Hemisfèric and the Turia River Bed Gardens are five minutes walk away.

I stayed 3 nights at the Hotel Medium with my sister and niece. We all stayed in the same room, we were pleasantly surprised when we saw the room. It had a separate lounge where they had made the sofa bed (this did need a new mattress as it was very lumpy) which led to a room with two twin beds although the rooms did not have doors they were connected by a small hall way which had the wardrobes, fridge and bathroom. It was nice as we had our own privacy both rooms had wall mounted flat screen TV's
The Hotel is out of town (about a 40 min walk) the bus stop was opposite the hotel so there was no problem getting into town. The buses were very frequent, we bought a card from the Tabac's for 10 Euro's this gave as 8 rides it also saved all the hassle in making sure you have change.
The Hotel's pool was very clean with plenty of seating area's the pool is open until 8pm also there is an outside bar. Breakfast was the same each morning, with plenty of choice maybe not if you are staying longer could get a little bored with it.
One minus point - The room had a lovely balcony looking over the pool, unfortunately there were no table or chairs on it.

Room Tip: Ask for pool view as Hotel is on a main road.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful, Location was quite good as well, 5 minutes walk away from the City of Arts & Sciences and 10mins by bus to the historic city centre. The only con is that there are not a lot of restaurants in the area, other than that very satisfied with the stay.

The rooms are modern and very clean. The staff very helpful. The swimmingpool was open althought it wasn't July yet. The area itself isn't the most inspiring place to be but it's conveniently located for visiting the Operahouse and Oceanworld. Bicycles are for rent next door (ma-sa). Breakfast is basic but the delicious Valencian oranges make up for it.

Room Tip: The front side of the hotel could be a little noisy because of the traffic and the back side is defi...
