We were squeezed in (literally) as they were full, so glad for that but we had a tiny table and could not be there before 8pm and had to be out for 9:30pm. So all a bit rushed. None the less it was very pleasant. The food very good, and very fresh and the service also very good to excellent. Would be a nice place to go as a group with a more relaxed schedule.

Worth a visit for the ambience - old wine and spirit barrels in the bar. Wine selection good but range of tapas on offer was a little limited. The ones we tried were pretty good as was the bread but were no better than the free tapas we get in our local village bars The portion of morcilla (black pudding) for 2.50euros was about the same size as we get free with a glass of rioja for 1.50. Tourists not too familiar with eating in Spain will enjoy their viist but for me it is overpriced.

Just a fantastic experience all round. Probably one of my top 5 favourite meals ever!!! The Cava we ordered was very nice and surprisingly cheap. This was accompanied by a large selection of tapas which were all fantastic. We kept ordering as they were so good. The service was friendly and we were given good advice on our selections. The place had a great atmosphere and the building has a lovely interior. Amazing.

First thing I should say is that I liked this a star and a half more than my wife, who thought it was overpriced. Sure, it was easily the most expensive meal we had in Spain, but the service was excellent, the atmosphere was enchanting, the wines were superb (and cheap) and the food quality was very high. I loved it here from the moment we came inside - it had a fantastic aroma (the vermouth) and really enjoyed the meal. Check your map though - it is well off the beaten track if you are staying in the main (old part) of the city.
