Fantastic luxury hotel near Mestalla Football Stadium.

Room was huge and very comfortable, with a nice classic touch.

Good restaurant (The Gourmet or something like this), but you have excellent choices near the hotel (e.g., Asador Ushuaia).

Staff were very attentive and helpful.

We’ll return for sure.

Stayed as a couple over 3 nights at the Westin recently, didn't want to leave.

Staff are all so friendly and welcoming, we found them very helpful when we needed to hire bikes for the day, and when wanting some information about the best places in Valencia to visit.

The room was superb. Huge, very comfortable bed, bathroom was spotless, but you can't really complain when you've got a private terrace with your own jacuzzi/hot tub. Perfect!

The food at the Westin was also superb. We ate one evening meal in the Restaurant, which was excellent. Highly recommend the lamb ravioli as a starter, whilst the Paella for main far surpassed my expectations. We were absoloutely spoilt for choice at Breakfast - fresh fruit, bread, meats, eggs, cereals, yoghurts, cheeses, plenty of juice and teas & coffees.

The only thing I could complain about would be the lack of English channels on the TV - although I was more than happy to watch the two Canal Plus channels in Spanish for the football!

All in all, a great stay. Would love to come back again!

Room Tip: 258 - private terrace, with jacuzzi/hot tub, nice view out front.

An excellent city centre hotel which we enjoyed visiting for a brief family city break. Nothing was too much trouble and even when there were minor service issues all were resolved promptly, politely and fairly, Off peak rates and a very attractive city make this a recommendable destination (maybe except on a match day when the soccer team are playing nearby !), Only small irritation was the layout of the bathroom - an enormous shower at the expense of the basin space (why only one sink serving a spacious double bedroom) and lack of bathroom storage are areas worthy of investigation and adaptation.

Otherwise all good.

Gracias !

Room Tip: Ask for a package that includes Breakfast, Spa and WiFi - they charge a large amount for each amenit...

We stayed at the Westin in April 2012. It was a beautiful hotel.

It was in a quiet location but still very close to all the action in the centre - easier by taxi (certainly at night), but still walkable.

The rooms were a generous size and very clean. Room service was good. There was a problem on the lock in the bathroom - we called down and someone from maintenance came up to sort it quite promptly. Standard of English was good - it had the feel of an international hotel.

Pet friendly, clean and beautiful hotel. Our room was large and had a nice terrace. They have a pool, gym and a large courtyard with a nice garden. We stopped by the lounge to have aqua de valencia and some tapas and our drinks came with warm nuts which was a nice touch. It also had a live saxophone music.
Room service food was very good mix of modern and traditional ingredients. Hotel's concierge recommended a very nice local place for dinner and helped to map out things that we wanted to see.
We enjoyed our stay and our dog had a wonderful time at Westin Valencia:)

The stay at Westin Valencia during Christmas and New Year was memorable. We were given a generous upgrade to a room with a reasonably sized balcony and Jacuzzi. I guess all rooms on the 2nd Floor have a balcony and Jacuzzi. My 3 year old son speaks of Jacuzzi even after we are back.

The rooms are quite spacious with free wifi. Even though the property dates to 1921 it is very well maintained. The lobby, courtyard and other public areas are very clean. The reception staff, porters and the concierge are very courteous.

We had a king size bed with two big couch and a nice flat screen TV. The bathroom had both tub and walk-in shower. As always the toiletries of Westin with white tea is great. We had a spacious balcony with some nice reclining chairs and obviously a private Jacuzzi. The pools are very well maintained. The Bar in general is very good.

We did order some nights in-room dining which were excellent. The breakfast is quite good with lot of variety. I would certainly recommend to consider having breakfast as an option when booking.

The Hotel is very well located in terms of Tourist attractions and is also very well connected from Airport. Take Metro (Green Line) 5 from airport and get down at Aragon and Westin is just a block away. The trip from Airport with Metro costs approx. 4.80 Euro/person. If you take 10 tickets then it works to around 2.50 Euro. You could also use this ticket for travel within the city.

A block away from the Hotel, you have bus no 95 which takes you to the Arts and Science Museum on one hand and on the other to the downtown. Bus No 2 takes you to the beach.

Walk to the arts and Science Museum takes about 30 mins but is a worth while walk on the old river bed which is now converted to parks.

And Finally if you are tired of taking public transport and walking is not an option then you could take taxis and cover most of the places within the min fare i.e. 4 Euros or up to a max of 6 Euros.

I would extremely recommend this hotel and we will visit this place once again hopefully during March Festival.

Room Tip: Rooms on the 2nd Floor facing the street have a private balcony and a private Jacuzzi. The rooms fac...
