The historic market building is truly bustling, with stands selling all manner of produce, bread and cakes, fruit and veg, meat and fish. Well worth a visit even if you don't want to buy any groceries. For beer lovers there is a tapas bar outside the market hall on the left hand side selling artisanal or craft beers including one brewed specially for the bar. On the opposite side of the road there is a shop selling local produce including a large number of craft beers, plus wines and spirits, cheeses and sausages, etc. I could have spent a fortune there.
