Spended 2 nights during our wedding anniversary (29th of december) in this fantastic hotel
Nice and quiet location, bus stops in front of the hotel, so we left our car two days on the free parking place around the corner
It is just 10 minutes by bus to the center
And on a sunday visiting the ZOO is a must, SUPER
Nice spacious room on the 20th floor, great beds, and super breakfast

Great Hotel! The reception was friendly, the breakfast was very good. Clean and quiet room! The hotel is a bit far from the center, but the bus stop is in front of the hotel and the subway is at distance of 200 meters.

From our welcome at check-in, to our departure 5 days later we were really happy we had chosen the Melia! We had a great view the fireworks over the city during Las Fallas from our large comfortable room (1710) which was at the end of the corrridor with large windows to the side. bed was comfortable & bathroom had large walk in shower and a bath and seperate toilet. Extra large bath towels too!
Buffet breakfast was very good although one more toaster would have made a huge difference at busy times. Nice bar menu. Good salads, burgers & various dishes available in small or standard portions.
Location was ideal for line 1 metro & line 4 above ground tram within a couple of blocks. We bought a multi journey pass which was an easy & convenient way of getting into the city at this busy Fiesta time. Only 3 stops to Pl Espana on line 1. Or take line 4 for easy access to the old city.
Underground parking available - and included with certain room deals.
Would definitely stay here again altho' in summer I prefer a hotel with a pool.
Didn't have time to use the spa.

Room Tip: High floor for best views. Even numbers have city view. We were very happy with 1710, a corner room.

We stayed here in august and had an extremely large suite that we used as a family room. The reception was friendly, the breakfast was great. The hotel was great value for money; maybe because of the time of year. August is very off season for this hotel, it is near the exhibition center and does not have a pool.

I thought the hotel was nice, clean and quiet. The front desk were very helpful. The restaurant staff needs more training on treating all guest equal. I would recommend if someone wanted to be a hotel for peace and quiet.

Room Tip: Get a room on the end to get two views and bring an extra 12 euro to hang out in the pool area.

This hotel towers 30 floors and gives a scenic view of all of Valencia. Originally I was going to be on the 12th floor but I asked very nicely and was bumped up to the 23rd floor and let me tell you, 11 floors higher makes a big difference. The room was comfortable, water pressure in the bathroom and shower were magnificent (only those who have experienced weak water pressure will appreciate the previous comment), room to stretch out and relax with a desk and seating area. Probably 28-32 sq meters. The breakfast was delightful, however I wish eggs to order was an option. The hot food seemed tired and lacking attention, especially later in the morning, but there was a diverse selection of cold meats, fruit, cereals, breads and pastries. Staff was kind, helpful and on point, even to the extent of assisting me with booking a short trip to Madrid. The hotel is situated a bit outside of the city center however bus 62 picks up about every 10-15 mins 1 min away from the front door and delivers directly to downtown. This was perfect! Cons: No complementary gym. 30e for 1 hour of fitness. Spa, also priced for the elite. It's a little disappointing that the web pages say "...for a price" and at the hotel they completely distance themselves from the Spa services saying, "Ask them, they are on the 3rd floor" or where ever they were located. Nice touch was a scale for weighing luggage (at a fee of 1 euro).

Room Tip: ask kindly for floors above the 20th floor with a city view.

The hotel is very clean. Well situated near de Metro station with a couple of local restaurants near the hotel. We are facing the Mediterranean Sea . A bit fresh this morning but much better than snow. We had a nice paella at the hotel restaurant. I would recommend it surely. Friendly staff that can speak French, English and Spanish.
Hast buen viaje!
