From the initial booking and throughout our stay the staff at Hotel Kramer could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They provided us with a baby/toddler package including bath, toilet seat and high chair in our room. They also provided us with great tips on places to visit which we hadn't found online.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, a 5 minute walk to the main park running through Valencia or to the hop on/off bus. It took about 20 mins to walk to the old town. It was also a few minutes walk to the bus with direct links to the beach or the City of Arts + Sciences.

Thank you for all your help!

As previous reviews have noted the staff in this hotel are exceptionally pleasant and helpful. This includes the cleaners who do a great job. After a busy day sightseeing it is good to return to a comfortable clean room with an excellent shower. Only slight issue was the lack of any English language tv stations apart from US business channels - but the very good wifi signal was some compensation. The hotel is situated outside the city walls of Valencia but not far to walk / good bus service to the central area. Shopping area nearby and lots of small to medium cafes. Well worth getting reception to book taxi transfer to airport- approx 20 minutes away for about £14. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Kramer for two nights. It was exactly what we were looking for, no fuss, near to the city centre and super clean and comfortable. The ladies on the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful and the showers are incredible!! The only thing we would say was that it would be nice to have a kettle and tea and coffee in the room, but with a reasonably priced bar/cafe right downstairs it is not essential. We would highly recommend Hotel Kramer!

We booked the hotel directly from their web site and stayed for five nights in April. We arrived just before midnight and the check-in process was fast. Much appreciated after almost 24 hours of travelling. For our surprise we got a room on the top floor so it was very quiet. The breakfast (hot beverage, juice and toast) was included on the first morning so we got our stomaches full before heading to the city. The room and hotel were clean and cozy, four stars if you ask me! Extra points to their WIFI, we had no issues during our stay and we were heavy-users as there were only few English TV channels (news).

In my opinion the location is not central or near anything but the shopping centre. Of course there is the Turia metro station nearby and you can rent a bike also the neighbourhood is very quiet so if you appreciate that, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Top floors are quiet

We stayed at Hotel Kramer in April 2018 for 3 nights. The hotel is ideally situated just a 10 minute walk from a metro station which is 20 mins away from the airport.

We arrived at 9-40pm on a Saturday night and were checked in quickly and efficiently. As it was already getting late we unpacked and ate in the hotel bar were we again we served quickly and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel rooms are bright and clean with a full size walk in shower. The only minus point was that there isnt a kettle in the room.

We hired bikes at the hotel for 2 of the days we were there and Valencia is the most wonderful city to cycle around with miles and miles of cycle paths and the park that runs through the whole of the city is amazing.

Directly across the road from the hotel is a major shopping centre which also has 2 supermarkets.

If I ever came back to Valencia I would stay in the hotel again.

One word of warning DO NOT EAT at the Tabern Arte which is close to the hotel.Rude manager and food was awful.
