We knew what to expect, not wanting a Valencia city centre hotel because we had hired a car and needed somewhere free (and safe) to park it for a few days before driving on to other destinations. This hotel was out of town surrounded by large retail units, cinema, shopping centre etc - again, thanks to Tripadvisor, we realised this was the case but only wanted two days sightseeing in Valencia so weren't too worried about the environment/views! There was a bus from round the corner (opposite Lidl) to the city centre but not very frequent. We wouldn't recommend this hotel for any longer than a couple of nights, but it was perfectly adequate for our purposes. Our booking included breakfast but as our accommodation was self-catering in hindsight we wouldn't have bothered.

We really wanted a hotel with good facilities that offered great value just for one night. We were given a super sunny room on the top floor. Views to the sea on the left side and obviously the A7. Nice room and bathroom. Good WiFi and comfortable bed. We loved the shopping area where it’s located. Huge Carrefore and Lidl and other stops. The gym needs new equipment for sure and we couldn’t use the pool as a group of sports students filled the whole pool. Then as only open 9-9 couldn’t fit it in with our sightseeing plans. The outside area was inviting if we had more time. Easy drive to Valencia. We parked on our first afternoon at the beach and had a lovely walk around. We realised the place was sitting up for a Festival of October 9th. We hadn’t realised our fortunate timing. We came back to the hotel, did some research and on the advice of the lovely man with amazing English at reception decided to go back in for the midnight fireworks. We couldn’t find a place to park. Think we should have tried nearer the City of Sciences and Art, but came back and heard them from the hotel! Breakfast was adequate and explored the city all day. Parking near the science centre and then walking into the Old Town from there. So the hotel worked for us. I would take a travel kettle with you and it would be perfect.

We moved to this hotel for three nights after one night stay at the nearby IBIS hotel. They had a good package deal. We asked for a room at high floor and facing the sea and our wish was kindly fullfiled. The room is quite large, we got a room at the top floor (ninegth floor) which gave a nice view . Breakfast was included and was quite good. They have a pool on the second floor but we did not have time for that. They have free underground parking which was very convenient for us. Bottom line, we were totally satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

We visited almost two years ago and where impressed then.

Huge room with amazing bath, clean huge bath towels mini bar safe huge flatscreen tv (no kettle)just at the end of our travels started in france at what we mistakenly thought was a best western in Rouen (best west)it wasn't a patch on this hotel and it was more expensive Avoid in future next was a best western in Poitiers (1 Allée des Cerfs
86240 Fontaine le Comte
France) excellent so then onto a very rundown hotel again expensive at the foot of the Pyrenees (au du coin) again avoid so arrived yesterday to this lovely room excellent staff can't fault it and you get parking free breakfast and easy access to a range of shops bar restaurants and A7 all at a reasonable price. Only little niggle next time can we have a room away from the lift, people can be uncaring about others sleeping when exiting the lift.

Room and food basic but adequate. However, a gin and tonic cost me 11 Euros, which was disgustingly overpriced. I sat out in the evening sunshine, there was no waiter service to the tables outside, and coaches pulling in choked me with fumes. 11 Euros for that?? Without that experience, I would have rated it higher.

Dear Guest. Thank you very much for staying at our Hotel. We are happy to know that you liked our rooms and restaurant service. We consider your suggestion in relation to cafeteria prices, but we understand that the price of 11 euros is for a high-quality gin and tonic premium. We hope you'll visit us Again. Best regards.
