We upgraded to a Romantic Room for 2 nights and were impressed with the size and quality of the accommodation. Complimentary cava and chocolates were included although did not arrive until 8pm. The deal also included free parking free wifi and use of strong box. The staff were very helpful and the hotel location was quiet, though no doubt this may change when the new football stadium close by is completed.
The breakfast was good with excellent choice of breads, meats, cheeses, cereals etc. There was also a cooked option of eggs, bacon and peppers. Good selection of hot and cold drinks.
The hotel is very close to the Metro which is superb for getting around Valencia, so distance from the city centre was not a problem.
Only real criticisms were that the bed was too hard, but this is a personal preference, and that the underground garage was difficult to find and enter especially with a large car.

We booked one night, directly with the hotel, at a very reasonable price.
Lovely, large, modern room, with good facilities and amazing views of Valencia. You can go up to the top floor and use the Gym, and then, if it's hot enough, have a dip in the roof top pool. Very good breakfast included in the price. The location is a bit out of the old town and the beaches, but has very good transport links to the centre, and a taxi from the old town, at night, was only 7 euros.
The hotel has secure underground parking available for a fee, but we found a place on the street, directly in front of reception, completely free. What else can you ask for?
Valencia is a beautiful city, and from this hotel you get a very good feel for it. We will definitely use it again if the price is right.

Room Tip: We asked for a high room and got one on the 22nd floor, and the views were worth it!

Booked 2 nights directly through Eurostars website at a very good price. The room was a good size with comfortable bed and good sized bath room. We ate in the restaurant the first night with a very good value set menu and had a very good breakfast. Unfortunately my husband was taken ill during our stay and the hotel called the doctor for me and could not have been more helpful as we had to stay for a further 3 nights until he was feeling well enough to leave. Because of his illness we did not get to see anything of Valencia, but would certainly return to this hotel and recommend it.

Used this as an overnight stop heading south, exceptional price for the standard of the room and the basic but fresh and tasty Menu de dia. Close to motorway and secure parking. Worth a visit just to see the extravagant last fling of the Spanish building industry. The view of the square at 2am completely deserted is something else. Not a 4 star hotel in the accepted sense however. The room had been empty over Xmas, a U trap had dried out and filled the room with sewer gas. We ran the taps opened the window and went out . problem solved but not a problem encountered in 4star hotels. Also the aircon fan resonated when your head hit the pillow and had to be switched off- not a problem in January. Silent night with the window open. Didn't take breakfast.

Got a good 2-night deal here on the hotel website for €117 with big room, parking and breakfast, which was very good. Can recommend this, although it's certainly not impressive. The reviews below are pretty spot on. The gym and sauna didn't seem to interest guests much, and the pool on the top floor was too cold to dip in. But just go to the beach or explore Valencia, it's a fantastic city!

The hotel (the second we have sayed at in the Eurostars chain) is unusual in that it occupies floors 17 - 25 above an IBIS and Novotel.
The views from the rooftop pool are amazing and look across the whole city and the 'work in progress' soccer stadium next door.
Rooms are large and well equiped as per usual 'business hotel' standards with first class air conditioning (it was 35 when we were there) .Breakfasts were good and plentifull.
The pool is not large but a good spot to end a busy day of sightseeing befoire setting otf back to the centre to eat.The metro sation is just arounbd the corner , the tram 5 minutes in the other direction - this takes you via city to the beaches.
There are two handy supermarkets.
The hotel group runs various offers through its own wbsite and certainly at the time of our visit prices were incredibly good.

My husband and I stayed here for 7nights. We loved everything about it. Price - total cost was 345Euro including amazing breakfast. Rooms very clean and had everything we needed, comfy bed & pillows, fridge, super shower, jacuzzi, bidet. Fab view over the city - we were on 24th floor - very quiet.Close to metro. easy 35min walk to city centre/old town, free wi-fi, helpful & friendly staff. On our final night we had to check out at 4am for flight as we didn't get breakfast - they prepared a packed lunch for us - how kind was that! Can't wait to return - Thank you.

Room Tip: 24th floor
