Visited during the Valencia F1 Grand Prix, so prices were very high - too high considering the event struggled to sell tickets and it was clear hotels (including this one) were not at capacity.
Firstly Valencia is not the nicest Spanish city, and this hotel is also in a part of town that is particularly dirty and feels quite unsafe at night. It is both a good 15min walk from the central tourist area, and if you are visiting for the GP, it is about 10mins from the metro (which takes you to port area), but most F1 types are staying much much closer to the circuit, and as a result you'd struggle to even realise the race was on in the city centre (and around hotel).

The rooms were nice enough, but not cleaned to very high level, and the door to my room had a 5mm gap around most of the frame, which meant I could hear the other guests coming and going, and felt my privacy was reduced.
Wifi was okay, but you needed to ask for codes. I feel that shouldn't be something you need to ask for.
I had parking too, and that for easy enough, and I was able to easily take my car in and out, as the hotel parking for located in a private parking garage across the street.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The train station was less than 10 minutes easy walk and then you are in the interesting part of the city. The rooms were characterless business-hotel style but modern and big enough. The shower was difficult to get in and out of. Buffet breakfast good and generous.

The hotel was very nice although the showers should be friendlier. The staff was very helpful and the place was clean and good size for the money. The bed was good but the pillows should be replaced. The room was quiet and warm. Valencia is a very nice city to visit , make sure you make time to see the IVAM and the Sciences and Arts City, amazing!

Although the hotel pictures are great, the reality is other.

The rooms are very small. The decoration and furniture wants to be modern but it turns to be unfunctional. The bathroom doesn't have a real closing door but rather a whole wall of frosted glass, that glass allows you to see the toilet or whoever is there. The bathroom also lacks of ventilation and the counter is mounted somewhat into the toilet so you have to sit with your arm laying on the counter.

The dark wood in the headboard, desk and closet, allows you to see all fingerprints and different marks left by previous guests as proof that cleaning is not their first priority. There are not drawers at all.

The so called breakfast buffet is not good in quantity or quality and the shaking lucite chairs, again, fail to match modernism with comfort.

You have to ask the front desk for a different code every day if you want to access the internet, that code is only good for one computer.

Overall, if you have other choice, go for it!

The hotel is located close to the Nord train station, close to the center. The rooms are very small, too small for my taste. The bathroom is also very small. The biggest problem is the smell. The room smells of sewage. We informed the front desk and they said it is normal when the weather is about to change. But I do not find this to be a good excuse.
The staff is very kind and try to help as much as they can. We went down for breakfast at 10AM and the food was almost one. There were no fre tables, and we had to wai about ten minutes to be seated.
If it were nt for the smell and the size of the room, it would be a good choice.
