We had intended to dine at another restaurant in the same street but found it was closed on Tuesdays so thought we would try La Cantina. This turned out to be a wise decision!

Other reviewers have explained about the cuisine and the menu choices but we would just like to confirm that all the dishes were delicious - aromatic, satisfying and perfect combinations of flavours and textures. The staff were welcoming, attentive and enthusiastic about the cuisine. The atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable and we had a most enjoyable evening.

Try it! We're sure you won't be disappointed.

Had originally booked into the 'main' Appetite restaurant but had to be moved here after some emergency works, booked via the website and have to say that was a great experience. Bonnie sent numerous emails to update us, all in English which helped me as a mainly non-Spanish speaker. Staff in the restaurant were brilliant, the food, Asian-Spanish fusion, really tasty. We did the €22pp set menu, it was a lot of food! Had to drop the dessert for a coffee. If this is the baby sister I would love to taste the big brothers food.

Average to below average. Been to a lot of places. Food ok, service less than average, and not accommodating. If they were a michelin star, they would ask up front and accommodate if there were food allergies or dislikes; here it is their way of the highway. Decide what you want to do be, and clearly, you are very far from michelin start material.

Three of us went there for the lunch.

We had wontons, curry puffs, calamari and pork ribs ans rice with mince (forgot the thai name tbh).

Food was great, Im a huge fan of thai cuisine and all the thai dishes was in the top of the list I had.

Wontons was great as well, you have to try it.

Mango cake for dessert was like 4-/5 but still not so bad.

I will return there in one day and recomend anyone without dietary restriction to visit.

Thank Alex K
