If you book this hotel MAKE SURE you are in the section with the reception office. We were not. It was so noisy from above and next door. At least we only had noise from one side as we were on the end. The lift went up and down all night long, people ringing the door bell next door, people moving chairs, banging on walls as if they were playing soccer or something. We were staying here 3 nights 2 of which we had virtually no sleep. The first night was mainly a storm and as the Hotel is on a busy intersection and there are no curtains that keep out the lights you need to have the outside shutters down tight. They rattled in the wind. The 2nd night was the noise from next door and above. We were at our wits end. After a couple of complaints the kind receptionist moved us to the other section which was great. Not a sound and much more modern. A good spot to stay for walking to the sights of the old city and opposite the large El Corte Ingles store and shopping centre. Metro and Bus stops very close by. But would be careful which rooms to book.

Room tip: Book in the section where the reception is.

The apartment is very spacious and sparkling clean, the bed and the sofa are very comfortable and there's a big grocery store across the street, very convenient. There's also Dominos right below the building and opens till late. There's a train station close to the apartment but the old city is about 20 mins walk which is surprisingly less than the train travel time most of the time or a bus ride is an option. If you like walking, you probably wouldn't mind the walk as that gives you a chance to walk through the popular Turia park. Close to the airport is another plus but yes a bit far from the city, so you can explore more if you are after a very central stay.

Came here for a short stay in Valencia before going to Madrid. Receptionist polite, room clean and cool, even without a/c, and great bed for a restful sleep. Close to large shopping centre, a park and a short walk or bus away from local sights. Loads of free parking. Just in the night was noisy at times.

We booked this at the last minute while travelling and were surprised when we arrived in Valencia that it was in the heart of a heavily built-up area with a hectic amount of traffic all around. We had to double park to check in and afterwards drove around and around for ages looking for somewhere to park - in vain.
Fortunately a taxi-driver suggested that we use the hospital underground parking about a third of a mile away and we did.
The high-rise apartment itself was modern, clean and well presented with all the usual amenities including good integral air-conditioning. A reasonably-sized balcony provided a birds-eye view of the traffic bustle below.
Directly opposite is a large department store which has a supermarket section to purchase food and drink necessities.
In all, if you want to stay in Valencia and aren't travelling by car, this is an excellent choice - but the scarcity of convenient parking would prevent me staying here again.

Firstly I want to say thank you to the reception staff. They were really efficient, friendly and interactive, really nice to be greeted in the morning and evening. They spoke wonderful English and made us feel really welcome. Before anyone asks yes I always try to speak Spanish!

There were 3 of us travelling for a 5 night break in Valencia (which is a nice city with plenty of character and charm) we booked a 1 bedroom apartment that slept 3 people. The 3rd person would be taking the sofa bed and the other 2 in the double bedroom. The apartment was pretty clean, not spotless but clean. I found it odd that housekeeping “couldn’t make up the sofa bed” so we were handed the linen and off we went. Not a huge problem. The apartment itself was spacious and modern and had all that you needed on a self catering break. The bathroom was great with a wonderful shower and again everything you needed.

Check in and Check out was easy and smooth and stress free.

The air con was an absolutely god send. It is included in the price and a true retreat from the powerful Valencia heat. It saved our lives nearly everyday after many melting episodes.

The location was pretty good, it’s about a 15 minute walk along the Turia park into the old centre or you can get the metro to the Turia stop which is just on the corner. I just want to comment on what a nice space the Turia Park is, really shapes the city and gives it so much personality and a sense of freedom. Massive shopping mall and supermarket opposite us was amazing and there were a few bars and cafes around. Good variety for everyone’s needs.

I’m not sure however if the apartment was a good price, we all agreed it seemed pretty steep for what we were getting. I would maybe of shopped around a little more and seen what else was out there but I was happy with the apartment in general.

All in all, I had a great stay and I really do recommend this apartment but I would still shop around and find something a little bit more central!
