Location is excellent, proximity to the museums & aquariums of the new "city of arts & sciences," as well as a short bus or bike to either the old city or the waterfront.
The room are small but clean, The only problem was the beds not double but twins
wellness center very little, piscine nice, clean but sauna and gym very bed
In general, all is well.

Its a average four star property. Located close to Oceanografic. Mall is just five minutes walking distance. There are good eating places in the mall so no problem for food. The only problem was the beds. They would just roll around even if you touch them..quite uncomfortable thing. Also the rooms are extra tiny. Breakfast was ok.

We booked this hotel as a last minute break and didn't find it great at all. The hotel is right by the City of Arts and Science buildings but chances are you'll only spend part of a day there so it means that the hotel is too far from town and a trek to the beach too. It took us over an hour to walk to town on the first day. The bus isn't bad but only runs until 10:30 at night. We asked about bikes and the receptionist told us that the public bikes are only for Valencian citizens. This can't be true as it's possible to rent the bikes for 7 days and it has all languages on the machines. We ended up cycling everywhere and would recommend this option. It took us about half an hour to cycle to the beach and about the same to town. Not ideal really when you're going to the beach and the city everyday. It would be better to stay in town and get the metro directly to the beach.
With regard to the hotel, the room we had was TINY. Actually only made for one person on business I think. The room was clean but we had no balcony or view. It was also really dark in the room. The hotel lobby was also tiny and the "bar" is a tiny counter in the reception area. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't say anything about that. There is a pool and a gym (both tiny but acceptable). Also be warned, there is no iron in the rooms and I asked at reception for one and they didn't have one. We also asked for a nice restaurant in the nearby area and after struggling for a bit to think of somewhere the receptionist eventually named a restaurant and marked it on the map. We searched for about an hour for this place and it actually didn't exist or must have closed down.

All in all, a disappointing hotel and definitely not four star.

This hotel was really nice and comfortable. it's very close to the Oceanografic, El Saler shopping mall is a five minute walk, and there's a OpenCor mini market just outside the hotel that closes a 2am which is perfect! It's a short ride away to the beach. If you decide to bring your car the hotel charges for parking but there's free parking space all along Auto pista Saler by the OpenCor and a little past the hotel.

One thing that I did not like was that during my stay the room attendant gave me a towel that was severely stained with black ink or oil. I had to go down to the front desk after a long day to get a clean fresh one. Then there was a few mornings when I woke up to find ant's on the floor but hey the ant's really didn't bother me but if you're allergic to them just look before stepping on the floor.

I stayed 2 nights on business and found the hotel staff friendly and location ideal. Good choice for breakfast and the bar is stocked well enough. You have lovely views over the "eye" aquariam and its definitly worth a walk around. A tip - 150 meters out the entrance of the hotel, turning left is a lovely tapas bar. Highly recommend for a fresh, good value meal.

If you're hoping to spend a romantic weekend in Valencia, you'll better look at alternative options.
I had booked a double room for a romantic weekend away with my partner for our anniversary but, to my utter disappointment, no double bedrooms were available when we checked in. Instead, we were given a twin bedroom with 2 side-by-side beds that were sliding away from each other as if they were on an ice surface. Forget about any type of romanticism.
When I complained to the receptionist, she said that no double bedrooms were available for both of the nights we were staying there, and that "anyway we only have one double bedroom for each floor, so even if the hotel was half as full, chances are you wouldn't have got one anyhow". I was VERY upset about this but there was nothing that the receptionist could do about it. We weren't offered any kind of compensation or solution.

The hotel itself is nice and in a good position if you're planning to visit La Ciudad de Las Artes y de La Ciencia (beware that buses to the city centre only run until 10.30pm though...so dining out in the city centre will mean you'll probably have to take a taxi back to the hotel).

I would only go back to this hotel for business or if I was travelling alone. Otherwise I'd find another place to stay.

Room Tip: if you want a double bedroom, ask for it well in advance and ensure that the hotel confirms in writi...

It is a nice, clean hotel and does it's job. The location is literally next to the Science Museum and the imax cinema and close to a tube to get you to central Valencia. The only good views however are from a rooftop terrace you can sit out on. Breakfast was not great.
