We stayed here for 4 nights. Our experience echoes many of the reviews on here already. Nevertheless, I'll give some feedback. The location is delightful. Right in the centre of the city, in the old quarter, on a very characteristic road, surrounded by wonderful historical architecture. The check-in was simple, we were met on time outside the apartment and taken through all the formalities in a professional and swift manner. The apartment itself is very modern and equipped to an extremely high spec. There's been no skimping on detail. From the moment we arrived, we experienced a nice mix of feeling at home, whilst also enjoying the relaxation of being in a quality place on holiday. Let's just say, if it hadn't been booked, we would have extended our stay. Valencia is a wonderful city, and if accommodation is important to you, then this is the perfect complement to the experience of Valencia.

My husband, two dogs and I stayed at Casa Cosy for one week whilst I went off to study Spanish for a week at a school nearby.
What can I say but a BIG THANK YOU to Koen (owner). He met us at the apartment and showed us where to park the car (2 mins away on foot). He then showed us the lovely spacious apartment. We were on the 1st floor and had a two bedroom apartment. I couldn't believe how SPOTLESSLY clean the apartment was. And not only that, but it was cleaned every 2 days by Koen and staff. The apartment is centrally located with lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc close by. Koen had also provided us with a folder full of information of where to eat, what to visit, how to open the safe, use the aircon, etc. A very thorough folder of useful information for guests. I can't recommend this apartment highly enough. If you go to Valencia, you must stay at Casa Cosy!

We chose this gorgeous apartment based on great reviews read on tripadvisor and were thrilled when we arrived to find it was absolutely as good as it looked and as other people had reviewed. In an enviable location in the centre of Valencia old town, extremely well equipped, very modern and most of all spotlessly clean, this was one of the best places we have stayed in over many years of travelling. Unlike some rental apartments which can be very basic even when they are expensive this place was excellently thought out with great attention to detail and lovely welcoming touches like a bottle of fizz in the fridge, jam, butter, teabags, coffee, etc - just brilliant. Surprisingly there was also a basket of fresh fruit and little chocolate bars in the bedrooms on top of the towel bales. Fresh white linens, very comfortable bed, good pillows - I could go on and on it was really that good. As for the location it was easy to walk to any of the main attractions in the old town and with the excellent public transport links getting around was simple and inexpensive. The apartment owner Koen could not have been more helpful supplying loads of information about the area and even left us a box of truffles after I joked with him about eating all the chocolate in the place, such a charming man. We had booked for a week and I would have been so happy to have stayed on a lot longer, anyone deciding to visit Valencia would be very lucky to decide on this property as it is very special indeed. One last comment I would make is that we live in a very quiet area and it is always a problem for us when on holiday to find somewhere quiet during the night so it was wonderful to sleep soundly every night. Thank you Koen for a really brilliant holiday.

Room Tip: I only saw the apartment we occupied but am positive all of the apartments would be of the same exce...

Can not point out what exactly I like about Casa Cosy as it is perfect just in every aspect. Location, price, service, everything is great.
Parking is bit far, but who needs a car in Valencia anyway?
Bike rental is downstairs.

Strongly recommended.

Now I think about it, I'm not sure I want to tell you about this place. Not because it's bad but because I don't want to share this absolute gem with anyone. A tiny narrow doorway, through an ancient corridor and up into a most luxuriant and stylish apartment I've seen in a long while.
The decor was stylish and clean and very much boutique chic. I think the whole family were bowled over by this place and were sorry we only had a solitary night here. This was a small apartment that was surprisingly roomy and gave us everything we needed.
Located an exhausting two minutes (maybe 3 if you window shop!) from the heart of Old Valencia it was perfectly situated for all that the old town has to offer.
The Manager was friendly and very helpful and couldn't do enough to help us get settled in (He sorted out secure parking for 10 Euros (absolute bargain) and even threw in a bottle of plonk for my wife and I to share after the kids were in bed!!)
Valencia is a fantastic city to which we can't wait to return to and, Casa Cosy will be the only place we'll think of staying.
You may not think of an apartment as being the first place to go to if you are spending a few nights in Valencia but, Casa Cosy is a place apart.
I would strongly recommend that you do not overlook this total gem
