Sanitary building too small, dark and always wet lavabos. Cleaning staff used breath taking products while we were in the shower or the toilet. Music playing loud till after one AM. Interesting cycling route to the center of Valencia, along the coast line. Good wifi near the restaurant and friendly staff. Good supermarket on the site. Swimming pool overcrowded, but the sea is nearby.

Ok. It seems that the other reviews that knock this place are used to being posh gits that regularly camp in Buckingham palace grounds.
What are you after?
Camping. Close to Valencia. Buses from the door to the city centre and back (number 25). The showers are warm to hot.. The end one is always cold - (which I expect some idiots used and reported them all as cold)...
There are no rules in the adequate pool, which enables fun dive bombing, etc.. everyone enjoyed the little slide feature.
They're putting the footie on for us tonight and have ice cold cheap beer for sale. Cheap food. Friendly staff.
Those of you that downgrade your review based on WiFi- get a life and enjoy the real world - talking, etc...
The pitches are a bit small, which helps us to communicate with our neighbours.
The 'noisy' main road can be heard, but isn't a drama at all.
We all chill out, and sleep well.
I can recommend a stay for non-royalty. Deffo.

Our ACSI camping guide said "if you don't mind some noise you will not be disappointed". Well, it was noisy with a main road running past the perimeter fence and gun sounds to scare birds off crops going off regularly. But the location for ease of getting to Valencia made up for it. We went into the city twice. The first day we went by bike which was really easy even for an unfit cyclist like me! It's nearly all flat and on traffic-free cycle lanes. The second day we took the bus, the number 25, which stops right outside the campsite and takes you to the heart of the city for 1.50 euros.
The campsite facilities are a bit tired. I had 3 showers while we were there, I used a different cubicle each time but couldn't really get a satisfactory water temperature or flow; I'd class them as just about acceptable. The toilets are clean and in good condition. For a motorhome, the grey water disposal area is a bit of a tight squeeze for a larger vehicle -the pitches aren't very big either. There is free wifi if you sit in the reception or bar areas (there is a sort of function room too where you can sit but it's cold and draughty); you can also pay 2euros for a 24 hour wifi ticket to use it on your pitch; I bought one and it didn't work, but they did give me a refund. The minimarket is very basic, no fruit or veg (the owner said we could go to the campsite 1km uo the road at El Saler where they have a bigger shop) but they did have fresh warm bread every morning.
All in all I'd say that if you're prepared to put up with the road noise and dated facilities in order to have easy access to the city, you'll be fine here. Valencia is worth the visit, it's amazing!

Perfect location for us as we enjoyed cycling to Valencia each day along a good and safe bike path. Pool was unfortunately closed in May (but it was freezing anyway). Facilities clean and in fine condition. Only downside is the terrible noise from the motorway directly behind the campsite. Friendly staff. One minute on the bike to a nice beach and there are a few restaurants just up the road in El Saler.

very friendly site.great Spanish staff.Bus to city outside gate at E1.50 .twenty mins max to centre bus no 25.A very Spanish city full of different experiences including a river crossed by many bridges ...but its no longer there..Lots of tourist cafes etc but if you find a little Tapas bar called Pintxo i Trago go and enjoy a real little find with an old history and very reasonable with freshly prepared Tapas.

Room tip: this is a camp site with chalets to let which are small
