Basic hotel, no food (in the same street you can eat everything). Wifi is only on the first floor. But outside you have a better wifi-point from lemongrass.
There is nothing to complain about this hotel (perfect helping staff). And value for money.
Will I return here.(some day).... no doubt (guess pretty soon).
By location it's perfect.

If you are taller dan 1,80 than the bedsize does matters.

Room Tip: Value for money.

The Hotel Europa is situated in the heart of Valencia. The location could not be any better, being just a short walk to the Cathedral square and stones throw from Xativa metro station which is linked directly to the airport and all the attractions of the City.
The accommodation is basic yet very clean. Beds are comfortable and room sizes are generous. The bathrooms are well equipped and yet again, very clean indeed.
There are no other facilities to note.
The service provided by the receptionist was excellent with nothing seeming too much trouble for them.
All in all, a very good value hotel in the heart of Valencia. Well worth a visit!

Firstly I must say that I have not stayed in this hotel however this is view based on my 15 year old son's stay at the hotel whilst on a Spanish GCSE trip and also from discussions with his school master. The hotel is extremely basic and very dirty with some very suspicious stains on the carpets in many of the rooms. The staff were apparently very rude although the school was only using it as a base for further travelling and education. When leaving their bags were kept in what they were told was a secure room as their flight wasn't until the evening but when the returned to collect the luggage an Ipad had been stolen. The hotel staff were extremely unhelpful when the matter was reported and upon returning to the UK have refused to issue any form of statement for insurance purposes even though this would not impact them in any way and in spite of numerous requests. As you will note I am a Top contributer but I am stating the views of others, albeit assertive, so I must make this clear although I may have broken the house rules so this may not get published. The only reason this has not been given a 'Terriible' review is down to its location which I have been informed is fantastic.

The location is very central and this is perfect to visit Valencia because metro, train station and buses are very close to the hotel (few minutes walking). The hotel is in a pedestrian area wtih restaurants, bar, shops etc. Good price. Free wifi (but just in common area)

The bed was very uncomfortable and my room would have to be renovated and cleaner.

Excellent location in a beautiful city. This hotel is fairly basic (doesn't offer breakfast) but is good value if you want a clean (ish) and comfortable en-suite room. Let's face it, when the location is this good, why would you want to spend time in your room anyway? Shame that the bedroom floor hadn't been swept either before or during my stay.
Local amenities are great.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, at first really didnt like it, the bedroom although clean was very cold, it took the small electric heater 24hrs to get it warm. The rooms although small do what you need( shower & sleep. But what makes this hotel is the very helpfull staff, and it's great location...

Spent one week in Valencia, chose Hotel Europa because I was there once before. Great location and price. You are just steps away from history and the staff is great. The dining room is very nice also. Always remember that you are in Europe, not the U.S., You will be rewarded with history, great staff, great rooms and a vacation to remember. I will be planning my third trip over shortly. So much to see, one week wasn't enough.
