After dining not-so-perfectly in the touristy area of Valencia the previous night, we've put more effort into the 'dinner research' for the following night and were rewarded with a great meal in this restaurant :)! I really like the creative tapas in Lienzo: they very carefully select their ingredients, put a lot of attention to details and create tapas that simply make fun. They try to keep the flavours 'clean', so not mixing too much and never overrule the great taste of high quality ingredients. Service was very good, wine recommendation superb. We've paid 95€ for the long tasting menu (1 appetizer, 7 tapas, 2 dessert tapas + bottle of water and wine) - might be more expensive compared to 'usual' tapas bars but in my eyes you also get a lot for this money. Btw. I'd recommend this restaurant especially to sea food lovers.
