Cycles can be hired from reception fuss-free (10 euros per weekday or 15 on weekends plus 50 refundable deposit). Fantastic dedicated cycle lanes all round Valencia, up alongside the promenade at Malvorosa Beach and way past the old city in the other direction. I cycled for 8 hours and never left a cycle lane. No hills either!

Hotel is ideally located, half-way between the beach/port area and the old city, a short walk from the City of Arts and Sciences (the Oceanographic is magical) and the Turia park walkways. The room was very clean and well maintained; the hotel staff were very helpful; slept very well. I didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on their food, but the restaurant looked nice.

Tip: eat substantially at lunchtimes, taking advantage of the good-value 'menu del dias' (10-15 euros for a 3 course meal, including glass of wine or beer), then if you still feel hungry, 'tapas' the night away!

Suggestion: avoid the Science Museum at the CAS. The building is beautiful, but there's not much in it! The Heliographic is fun for children; not so much for adults.

Room Tip: I was on the fifth floor and it was nice and quiet up there.

We spent 5 nights in this hotel and would recommend it especially for the location and staff. Unfortunately we were there before the pool terrace and outdoor restaurant opened for te season, which I can imagine when in action is another great feature of the hotel. Being so close to the green corridor area and having the bus either to town or to the beach just outside the hotel was a great bonus. The city of Valencia itself is one of the most beautiful I have visited and everywhere we went people were incredibly friendly.

I have stayed here for business and pleasure. The staff are well trained and very professional with fluency en several languages.
The main attraction for me is the location which is close to the city centre without being inside of the crouded part of the city. It is walking distance to all the modern museun buildings and sorounded by good restaurants.
The small swiming pool and gym are a nice extra.

Room Tip: Better to stay above floor 5 to avoid traffic noise (not a big issue).

This hotel is very close to the city of arts and sciences with its beautiful and modern buildings. There is a fantastic park just out of the hotel where you can walk there as well as to the city. However, walking to the city is quite far, about half an hour. Around the hotel there were few restaurants and shops, however, when you just cross the bridge down to the city you`ll find a nice neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants as well as shops. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and spoke good English.
Our room was a nice standard holiday inn room.

We are glad that your stay has been as expected. The city center is nearby but not at 30 minutes it's only 10 to 15 minutes walking. The next time you come visit please ask for me personally and explain the best way to reach the city center.

One of the features of our employees is that they speak more than 3 languages facilitating customer stay

We stayed her for Fallas festival as the nightly fireworks are right outside the hotel. It is between the museums and aquarium and the old town. Easy bus ride to either or 20 minute walk. Rooms were fairly modern and big, fast free wifi. Bartender made great coffee in the morning at good prices.
Front desk staff were very helpful in making reservations, giving bus numbers, where to go, etc.
Overall very good value. Recommended.

Room Tip: Rooms don't have much of a view in this part of town

Great stay with very friendly staff. Nice rooftop pool, and interesting unisex sauna / steam room. Rooms are very nice, large and comfortable. Get to the nearest metro station, and don’t even think of walking to the hotel. Instead, take a cab for 5 Euros and it will drop you off to the hotel. The property is situated right about the best place you can imagine. All attractions are within walking distance. The red double decker city tour bus route is just next to the hotel. Great bar/pizzeria on the ground level, one can enjoy people watching while having a glass or two of Sangria. Around the corner, there is a large grocery store and a great Chinese restaurant with plenty of choices offering lunch and buffet dinner for 12 euros. Overall, great value for money, especially for the Priority Club members.

Room Tip: Find a room overlooking the entrance of the Hotel. The approach to the swimming pool is from the 12t...

It was the 3 or even more times, that I was at the Hotel.
Got an upgrate into the execultive floor.
Service was nice, efficeint.
On the top floor is the gym with a great view.
This time i realized that there is even a 3rd elevator. So you even get faster to the high floors.
The restaurant normally is nice, and a waiter was very nice. Good coffee.
In front of the Hotel are 2 good restaurants with tapas and other nice good food.

Room Tip: Nearby is the Valenbici bike rental. Good to discover Valencia by bike.
