Excellent location, close to the Central Market, a must when visiting Valencia. Served food comes directly from the market, being of high quality. It’s not the first time I visit this restaurant and it never disappoints you. You can have a good value “menu del día” for 18€. Menu changes very often, so it’s hard to repeat dishes. Appetizers are presented on a piece of wood (four different ones for each guest) and are to be shared (kind of tapas). Second course is on demand and you can choose among several dishes, always including some kind of paella/rice. This time my choice was an excellent rice with cauliflower and codfish. Service is very efficient and professional. A very good restaurant and good value for money.
