Eaten here many times - never disappoints - amazing paella - don't overdo the starters but the merluzitas are hard to resist! Great Valencian wine at €8 is incredible!

I have stayed 10 days in Valencia and have eaten in a lot of restaurants. This was the best restaurant throughout Valencia. I went to the place over and over again. I have tried everything on the menu. The first choice is the daily menu for 2. Woww that was heaven I guess. It started with a plate full off different delicious eats. Then it continued with a big plate of baby squids, Calcota (fried fresh onion) and fried white fish. Then you can chose a rice plate. I have tried the Valencian paella. I guess this was the best paella I had throughout Spain. Very delicious full of herbs and flavor and the quail meat was yummy. The desert was incredible. The fresh dates filled with caramel. I am still drooling over it. The Camamber cheese was huge and the marmalade was great. The salads are also big and fresh and delicious. Worth a try. Everything is very fresh very delicious and great. Definitely a MUST GO restaurant.

Worth the search!  The current location is not accurate on TA's map.   Find the McDonalds in Plaza de la Reina and go down the Corretgeria Street.  In about a block-and-a-half you will find the Jurista Street.  Turn right and it is on your right.

We got the menu of the day, which includes a tapa/appetizer, plate, dessert, and drink for €15.  Got two of them and split everything (fish, eel, soup, paella, etc).  All the plates had a great taste.  Would definitely try it again if we had more days in Valencia.  Service was attentive and superb...something that is hard (to nearly impossible) to find in Spain. If you like beer, grab the microbrew they produce in Valencia.

Nice little restaurant in a small street, great food, good selection of wines, also a very good paella (be aware that in Valencia you get paella everywhere, but the quality is rather poor - La Sarieta has a good one!!). Very nice decor, great service, and local people visiting as well! Worth a visit, you won't be disappointed. 23 Euro per person for a dinner with jamon iberico/manchego cheese appetisers, paella, dessert, wine&water is not much if compared to other places. Excellent quality/price! Try it!
