“great location & price”
Reviewed September 16, 2012

we stayed for 2 nights.. we booked the 50 flats apartment as we wanted to stay near the train station to move around easily in the city. the rooms are actually bigger than i had expected. they have facilities where you can book.. and the airconditioner works fairly well..
i thought the bed would be double but it was actually twin beds...

From the airport to 50 flats, there is 20-25 minutes by metro. Take line number 3 or 5 from the airport and stop in “Angel Guimerá”. When you go out the metro, you will be in Fernando el Católico avenue so, 50 flats is just 50 m walking from this metro station.

the location was nice.. easy to get around.. the staff spoke all good english and they were very helpful. they even offer free storage service for the clients to store your luggage on the day of your arrival and check-out...

reading the reviews i was a bit worried with the cleanness of the room and noise.. the cleanness was ok.. but as i had expected the NOISE... was a serious problem between each room there is no sound proof. i had problems sleeping because of the noise from the room next door. you can hear everything even the toilet water flushing down. I guess other than the noise everything was ok.

i would recommend those that are looking for reasonable price to stay and don't mind a bit of a noise...

Chose these apartments because of the location and was not disappointed. 5 mins from town centre and 2 mins from buses and metro.
We booked 1 bed apartment but their wasn't a separate bedroom as expected only a partition wall but the beds faced each other so was a little pointless. Though well equipped the rooms needed a little tidying and the floor needed cleaning. Not sure the self clean policy is working that well. The bed settee also needed a good clean or replacing and was nowhere big enough for my 2 small children to sleep in.
Staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help even giving directions on how to find the apartments when i got lost.
If the cleanliness issues can be overcome this would be a top place to stay if visiting
Valencia.

We loved the apartment and the location. The only thing that let it down was the service - our television didn't work and when I went to tell reception they said someone would come up to look at; they never turned up so I went down again and she told me I would have to wait for tomorrow. However, it wasn't a big deal but we wanted to chill out and watch something after a long, hot day. Apartment was modern and clean, massive bathroom and great kitchen with everything you would need. The balcony was nice, although there wasn't a great view, but we weren't bothered as we weren't expecting to have a balcony! Free use of computers with wifi. Definitely would stay again though!

We booked this flat because of its location, facilities and other reviews. We were certainly not disappointed. As other reviewers said the staff were amazingly cheerful, helpful and also very knowledgeable. The flat was lovely. It was light, airy and very spacious. The roof terrace was also good. It would have been nice to have had more than the two sun loungers, although there were lots of tables and chairs. It was comfortable and very quiet at night. The wifi worked well and, as other reviewers said, had to have the password keyed in every time you entered the building but that was not a problem. The air conditioning was probably one of the best I have ever experienced.

Room Tip: We had a small balcony but it was shaded. Perhaps there might be a room with a sunny terrace.

We stayed on a Tuesday and got a very good price of 41Euro for the night. The second night was 61 Euro. It was a very spacious, modern unit with kitchen sofa bed and dining tables and chair. Free Wifi. Grateful to be allowed to use the room before check-in time as we arrive too early. There is a Halal Kebab shop nearby but have forgotten how to get there. Staff smiled and were very nice and courteous.
From Estacion del Norte(Northern Station). Cross the Street go to Bus Stop with service No 61 or 5. There are many bus stop along this stretch so you do have to go to the right bus stop. Two or three bus stop away..Get down at Juan de Mena Stop and you'll be in Espinosa Street. or ..When you leave the train station behind you turn to left and walk straight for ten minutes until you reach Espinosa Street.

Noisy, overpriced compared to other rentals of much higher quality , very basic. Noise from other apartments is awful and from the street. We have stayed in Valencia 3 times in the past year and this is nowhere near as good as the 2 other places stayed. The room needs a paint and fabric on sofa was full of stains. Closet doors broken, bathroom really dark. cannot open solid blinds as you would be looking right onto main street. Not a place you want to sit in at all. A month ago for the same price we stayed in an apartment with swimming pool tennis courts and gym, 2 bedroomes and washing machine (it was another 15 minutes walk out of town) but well worth the walk.

Room Tip: maybe choose a high up room as street noise is bad and overhead apartment noise awful.
