“Won't be rushing back.”
Reviewed August 29, 2013

We visited Rancho Blanco on a Sunday night it wasn't that busy. You really don't need to order a starter because you get bread with alio alio and . I had mixed croquettes to start with which were ok nothing to shout about, my husband had stuffed peppers with chicken which he said were good. I then had penne pasta with seafood the only down side was none of the clams were opened and it was swimming in garlicand olive oil, my husband had the peallea also none of the clams in that were opened. All through our meal a young child sat screaming and the parents did nothing to make him quiet unfortunetly I don't got out to have to listern to other peoples children he really spoiled our night out.

“Old Spain feel”
Reviewed August 24, 2013 via mobile

We've been a few times and as people have said its hidden up a dirt track that is easy to miss, but for us one of the last few places that has a proper Spanish feel still.... The food is gorgeous... Sadly this time the lamb was slightly too oily for us...!! But the Flamenco dancing/singer made up for it

“Been loads of times but not as good”
Reviewed August 10, 2013

Very busy, meat to pink, had to wait for my sons food, we had all eaten, the dancing was fantastic, but dont think they can cope with the amount of people, we got there at 8pm were eating by 8.30-45 table behind still waiting at 10.30 for their main meals! Been going their for ten years, worse visit yet.

“If you haven't been before its well worth a visit”
Reviewed August 4, 2013

This restaurant is of a dirt track and unless you know about it you would not know where it is. Once at the restaurant there is a children's play area. The shoulder of lamb is amazing and it is quite big it is difficult to eat anything else with it. The steaks are done to your recommendation. The menu also has fish dishes, pizza dishes, pasta dishes ect. Plenty for everyone. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Bread and salad is provided on the table before your meal. It runs really well and efficient. I would recommend a visit

“This IS a great place”
Reviewed July 15, 2013

I cannot believe some of the comments about poor service as I have been going regularly for the past 10 years and have never suffered this once for one good reason - YOU NEED TO LOCK YOURSELF INTO THE SYSTEM WHEN THEY COME AND ASK FOR YOUR DRINKS ORDER. If you send them away you could be waiting some time. By ordering your drinks and it going into their electronic machines you are GUARANTEED great and seamless service. The location is amazing. The approach dirt road gives a great laugh when you take someone who has never been there as they think they are probably being abducted!!!. Superb menu, great wines and the shoulder of lamb and the ox steak are incredible. Summer is great as there are many places you can sit - even under vines if you wish and in winter you can go inside and
sit next to a huge log fire. This place is amazing and NOT expensive for the wide range of food, quality of it (although the presentation could be a little better) and I have never had any reason other than to leave a good tip.
