Clean villa with nice pool.close two couple of pubs that do simple but good English food and supermarket also 5 minutes away.Need of a car is recommended.
Landed into Alicante airport and arrived after about an hour of a drive. Didn't arrive until 10:30pm but the local representative was there waiting for us.
The best thing about this house was the front garden. The walls around it are high enough so that nobody could see in and the front gate locked for good privacy and security. You could sit on the small porch or at a larger table with a fine sun umbrella on the tiled front yard. There were 6 chairs and at 4 beds and the small pool was lovely. The larger pool belonging to the complex was around 200m away and had a permanent supervisor/life guard at all times.
Didn't use the roof seating since outside the front door was so nice.
The road outside the house was some traffic but any noise didn't bother us and we live in the country. Across the road are a selection of 4 or 5 restaurants all of which were nice and cheap. A quarter of a mile up to hill is another selection and at that junction you can go left for a local supermarket and right for an Aldi. Parking on the street was fine and there was no noise at night from the restaurants and bars.
The WiFi was good but was completely unlocked which is probably not a great idea. We watched netflix and generally surfed with no issues. The nearest beach is around 2 miles away. What was good to pass the hottest part of the day was a trip to Zenia Boulavard a large modern shopping centre around a 10 minute drive away.
No english TV channels but with the WiFi this was not a problem.
All in all extremely happy with this rental.

As you can see from the property photos, the house is well furnished and comfortable and has aircon in all rooms which is good.Literally across the road (10 seconds) is a selection of local bars and restaurants, which all serve reasonably priced food and drink, which is great if you want to have a drink as you do not need to take the car.
As regards the tv, nearly all the channels are dutch speaking, with not even basic bbc or itv for british viewers,so perhaps a dvd player would be helpful.
The main drawback for us was the traffic noise from what turned out to be a surprisingly busy local road, and being woken at 5.30 am by empty skip lorries bouncing over the humped zebra crossing outside the house was not our idea of fun.Which is a shame as the house is lovely, perhaps you could take earplugs?
