We stayed there for entire July. Family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Location is almost next to local rock Ifach that splits 2 main Calpe beaches. So you have a choice to choose which one to visit. Nearest is within few minutes walk from apartments and within 10 minutes walking you may reach another big beach and 2 smaller ones (one of them has pebbles- for ones who like it).
Bus stop and shop with international food are within 2-3 minutes walking from apartments building.
Building itself has quite nice swimming pool if for some reason you would like to stay there instead of the beach.
Another awesome thing is great view from apartments balcony- it is almost at a top floor and you have perfect sea view for your meal or view on the surrounding Calpe hills from the back balcony.
We were little bit suffering due to cozy kitchen that doesn't have washing machine (we just used to it). The only real problem was absence of air conditioning, especially when it was quite hot and there was no wind at all.
Location is excellent, really close to the la fossa beach and promenade where there are lots of small shops and restaurants. Also going in the opposite direction a longer walk along the sea front (another beautiful beach) is Calpe town where you pass plenty of bars and eating places. Very close by is the harbour and fish restaurants.
The apartment must have one of the best views in Calpe one balcony you look out over the beach and the other balcony looks over to the harbour, many hours we have spent looking out to sea, this is our fifth year at this apartment and it has everything you need for a holiday including a lovely swimming pool.
I have stayed in this apartment several times .It has all you need for a good stay. 2 bedrooms. 2 balconies with vue to the beach and pool to one side, and the harbour to the other. There is a bus stop very close if you want to go to the old city and there is a very nice baker at the bottom of the building. Supermarkets and restaurants are easily reached. I feel very much at home, when I stay there and will be back.
Good location, well equipped, parking can be a problem at weekends but you just have tp persevere. Useful having access to either side of the Penon as one beach is usually sheltered.
