Stumbled across this restaurant last night and what a jem it is ! Stunning location food and service - we ordered 5 tapas dishes all cooked with care and understanding of food and ingredients - we couldn't fault one it pick out favourite - a lovely bottle of rose complimented out choice - we shared an amazing apple strudel for dessert which rounded off a great nights dining - will defiantly return and book this time as just so popular and can clearly see why

Ate here this evening after reading good reviews. Nice atmosphere although the only waitress was rushed somewhat due to it being busy. The tapas we ordered for starters were delicious and unusual and reasonably priced, however this promising start was sadly let down by poor main courses - especially the meal my husband had, soy and sesame chicken, which transpired to be a plate of dry, barely warm chicken chunks served with a huge pile of cold sliced strawberries and nothing else! Very strange combination - no vegetables, no noodles, no rice or anything else, just dry chicken and strawberries. He said on our way home it was probably one of the worst things he'd ever eaten. My main of chicken with tomato and mozzarella was okay, again could have been hotter and the option to order a portion of fresh veg and potato would have been nice, but this is not on offer on the menu unfortunately, as again it only came with a few circles of aubergine.
So, definitely would stick to the tapas if we went here again.

Chose to eat from the tapas menu as they all looked delicious and we were not disappointed. Lovely fresh flavours and unusual combinations. It was so reasonably priced that it's a great way to eat a meal. Service was very friendly, the wine was good. Go with friends and family and choose everything is my advice!! Will go back one day to try the main meals.

We found this lovely restaurant last summer when they first opened and loved sitting out on the street. We have now sat inside a couple of times and this is just as good. Beautiful surroundings and the meal we had this week after their winter holiday was absolutely amazing. Every mouthful was an experience. We chose about 4 tapas dishes as a starter. Fresh herbs could be tasted in each dish. The prawns tasted excellent and were on different sauces. You could just try a selection of beautiful tapas but we were greedy and had spaghetti carbonara and spaghetti with chilli and prawns. Both dishes amazing. As we were leaving at about 10.30 every table was just arriving with spanish guests and they told us that lunch time is very busy too. So lucky to get a table in February. We look forward to returning. Well done to the chef and her daughter.

Had a wonderful dinner for two at his restaurant. The starter was delicious gambas cooked in garlic butter, the portion was big enough for two people. Our main courses were unique and very tasty as were the deserts. It has a lovely home feeling in the old town. This restaurant has a fantastic chef and should definitely be tried if you're visiting Calpe. The dishes are uniquely prepared What an experience and great value at about 50 euro for 2 including drinks.
