We recently returned from a 2 week stay and could not fault it. The beds and pillows were very comfy, the sheets and towels were a superior quality, the rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the food was really fantastic. It was obvious that so much thought had gone into the menus as the choice was amazing, and cooked to perfection. The staff are very efficient at dealing with whatever they are asked to do. It is a lovely quiet hotel ,the doors do not slam unless some idiot purposely slams them and the location could not be better. I asked , when I booked , for a high floor, a quiet room with good views and that is exactly what I was given. I would recommend this hotel to anyone carole--NorthYorkshire

Room Tip: high floors have amazing views

I booked in on a whim 2 days ago after 3 night of no sleep in little England. Bliss! A room was available straight away. Clean, comfortable, fantastic balcony with views over the old town and the Mediterranean. Fantastic for people watching as the balcony walls are glass so that you can see through them to the streets below. I had bed and breakfast at a good price for a 4 star hotel. Friendly courteous staff who tolerated my appalling Spanish. I was alone here but felt safe and welcome. I would definitely come back.

I loved staying in this hotel. The location is perfect - with easy access to both Benidorm beaches, shops, nightlife...
The building is so pretty with the added bonus of the panoramic lift with amazing views of Benidorm.
The rooms are of great size - nothing amazing about the dece but perfectly comfortable and functional for a beach town hotel. We stayed in a triple with our son and we were really comfortable. We enjoyed the private balcony too.
We stayed full board and the good was quite good. Specially considering it is a bidet restaurant. The food was always just cooked with excellent variety and new dishes cooked every day.
This is the only place Id stay if I go back to Benidorm

This is the second time we have stopped at this hotel and yet again we had a great time in Benidorm. It was my partner's birthday and the hotel staff really made our stay special. Our room was on the 18th floor so the views were superb. We had some really nice meals but weren't very impressed with the packed lunches! Parking is expensive at 15 euro's a night but we had initially parked on the road in Calle Ibiza and ended up having our tyres slashed so it was much safer to use the hotel car park. This hotel is perfectly located for both the old town and the new town. Our only complaint (and this is of no fault of the hotel and they did try to resolve the issue) is what most of us end up complaining about - other guests walking around their room at all hours in high-heeled shoes - some people are just so inconsiderate. We would definately like to stay at this hotel again.

Room Tip: High floor rooms with a balcony will provide excellent views.

We booked six nights half board to get away from the snow in England. We chose this hotel for its location as we wanted to walk along both beaches and be near Benidorm Old Town. We were not disappointed- 5 or so minutes to Zara, Mango, old town restaurants and both beaches. We even walked to the open air market on Wednesday as we had just missed the half hourly bus across the road from the hotel. Sadly the weather 24th Feb- 1st March was poor, we even had tornadoes along the beach and torrential rain. Never mind-we were in the Tapas bars in the old town watching the local TV coverage of the snowbound mountain villages!! We had a few good nights at the nearby Tower Lounge, even one of the acts was snowed in!
We had a twin/ balcony room on the 14th floor with views of Benidorm Island. It was spacious and airy and I agree with previous comments about the mildewy bathroom. Also the soap and shower gel dispensers needed a good clean out but I took my own anyway. . The sheets were GORGEOUS. NB someone above us and next door clip clopped in heels on the tiled floor during the night ?whilst packing, and we had to ask next door to be quiet at 4am as they were talking loudly in Spanish! We used the small indoor pool twice and would've had a sauna but this was locked, you had to pay another six euros I think to use it and there was no one on the pool reception at the time. The restaurant we found to be quite good. We had freshly made omelettes and gazpacho for breakfast with free chilled Cava!
Yes- you had to have a token for freshly squeezed orange juice but could drink as much Cava as you liked!! A cooked 'English' breakfast was available and always cheese, Serano ham, fruit, pastries etc .At dinner there were always 2 soup choices, pate, salads etc followed by either pork, steak, fish, chicken or rabbit. Veg was a bit overdone but there were always fresh pineapple slices, pears in red wine, ice cream and cake. Drinks at dinner were payable in the restaurant but were reasonable. Friday night was gala buffet night and we enjoyed a plate of salmon, smoked salmon and 'shell on' prawns as well as the usual other steak and chips etc. The staff were always helpful and friendly and I'm happy to say requested that a Spanish man join the queue while we waited to check in. We would return to this hotel at a warmer time of year- luckily we had taken wool coats and scarves but still had to buy a jumper and some leggings. Strangely, the week before it had been 21 degrees but it's unpredictable and it barely got into double figures for us..

Room Tip: High floor for views/ top floor for less noise from above!

I stayed here for 5 days clean hotel food was not so great. No kettle to make a drink beds were good but not 4 star quality like the Don Pancho. It is very central for all the shops and restaurants. Go to Meson Cervetha I think thats spelled that way but as the reception very will know it. It is near the hotel it is spanish but the food is 5 star and a good price.Worth going there and thats where spanish people eat.

Christina

Room Tip: I stayed in 1414 good views and very quiet

This is probably the best looking hotel in Benidorm. An absolutely stunning buliding.
We had 4 days on a full board basis. Our room was on the 11th floor although I had requested higher. We were on an Easyjet Holidays package and I booked a "Promo" room which didn't actually say what that was. On checking in we found that that meant no balcony, so we paid a supplement of just over 8 Euros per night for a balcony. The highest floor available was the 11th but still good views.
The room was a good size with 2 comfortable double beds but fairly basic fitments. I felt that the bathroom let the accomodation down, hence the 4 rating. There was a fair amount of mould on the floor tiles, around the bath and round the wash bowl. The sealant beneath the mirror was coming away. Definitely in need of redecoration.
The restaurant had a good atmosphere and the food looked fresh and inviting. Restaurant staff were very pleasant and efficient. However, if you are a vegetarian, you won't get a lot of choice. For my last dinner I had soup followed by cheese and chips. Even vegetables often had ham with them. For meat and fish eaters the quality was excellent.
The hotel is well placed for Levante Beach and a reasonable walk to Poniente Beach. The bar on the 20th floor has spectacular views and is a pleasant place to sit and watch the rain!
We would certainly go back.

Room Tip: Go for a high floor for better views.
