Stayed here for New Year with friends. Excellent location in the Old Town and easy walk or cheap taxi to the new town bars. BUT, location means it's noisy! Staff friendly and helpful. Studio clean, well equipped (microwave, kettle, toaster, shower, towels etc) and with AC/Heating. Not luxurious, but excellent value for money.

Great location for the old town. Very basic but very clean. Fresh towels 3 times in a week and bed changed after 2 days. Great value for the money. All you need as a base. Great location in the old town. They do have newly refurbished apartments but cost another 10 euros a day.

Stayed for just 4 nights over last weekend, apartment was clean, with balcony, small kitchenette, 2 single beds and bathroom. What more could you need for a budget weekend? Situated at the end of walking street, close to bars, restaurants and entertainment.

Stayed fiesta time ie massive din till 4/5am, the apt reeks of pizza ! Bad tasting pizza! Location v good as was price, clean enough air con etc.just v basic old rooms, shower v dangerous due to sudden boiling water blasts! Staff nice enough just take along with you ear plugs if you want a good nights sleep and possibly a nose peg ie dodgy pizza reek ! Lol!

Really couldn't be better location in old town, incredibly cheap. Just over 20 euros a night for a studio with TV, air conditioning and a safe. Wifi is 15 euros a week, again really good value.everything you could need in the small galley kitchen and really friendly staff on reception. Also very clean. Really I have no complaints but there are a few things you should be aware of.
It can get noisy outside, but the windows closed over keeps put most noise. There is a takeaway pizza place below the building and the smell of pizzas is throughout the building day and night. It doesn't close until the very early hours of the morning, Great if you don't mind it but a bit nauseating if you have a hangover or feel a bit sick. All in all very good value all round

Room Tip: Try and get a room at the back if u don't like noise

we stayed here for 3 nights 26th Oct till 29th and found everything great the position was no better that if u paid top dollar. OK the beds were a bit hard but we had no trouble sleeping we stayed in block 2 room 404 we could hear the children playing at school in the morning and voices at night but nothing kept us awake (we had had a couple of drinks ha).All the staff we met were lovely and helpful especially when we could not get threw to the people that we had booked the transfer back to the airport with they rang threw from reception no trouble. we got an early morning call so make sure we got up for the transfer. We would have no hesitation staying here again and would definitely stay here again

stopped here for the 2nd time in October for 4 nights.basic but clean and various facilities for self-catering.hot water all the time and cleaners came in on the 2nd day.great large balcony on the corner for people watching room 408.Only payed £13 a night so was only used for sleeping and as a base in the old town.ate out all the time as Benidorm is so cheap. As the rooms are overlooking the street it can be very noisey,so the solution is stay out all night and if you want peace and quiet don't stay here.

Room Tip: room 408 is on the corner and has a mega balcony.especially when the fiesta in November is on.
