My family and I travelled to this hotel on 26th May 2009, a party of 2 adults and 2 kids ( 8, 6). When reading some of the reviews we were a little concerned with the food ratings. However, these reviews were unfounded as we experienced a pleasant reception in the restaurant and a good choice of meals during our stay.
The Hotel is contemporary, with average facilities to keep the children entertained.
The childrens pool was very small, there was an outside park and kids club.
Sunbeds were a nightmare, having to get up at 07.00am some mornings to get one...however we were away at the peak of the school holidays.
We travelled to the hotel via taxi from the airport at a cost of approx 70 euro's each way. The number 10 bus stops right outside the hotel and will take you into the old town at a cost of 1 euro 20. If you prefer you can get a taxis just down the road for a cost of about 5 euro's.
Overall a nice hotel, big airy rooms with air conditioning, food ok, kids enjoyed it. The only downside would be the evening enetertainment with 2 dodgy singers. I would probably go back to the hotel, it's directly opposite Benidorm Palace and the Circus is worth a visit.
