Clean rooms, we had maid service everyday and towels were changed daily. There is shower gel, shampoo, soap etc and its topped up daily. Bathroom has shower and bath. We had a room at back with patio doors opening up to our own private back yard complete with table and chairs. Went all inclusive and the food was very nice, plenty of choice. I read reviews before i went so was prepared for the sunbed situation, got up at 7 to put towels on then back to bed, everybody was doing same. The entertainment was very poor. The staff are very friendly and they all seem to work hard. Had to pay for wi fi, it was 12 euros for a week per device, think this is wrong it should be free, can get very expensive when you have more than one teenager. Just in case they are reading this i would like to thank the family that bought my 14 yr old son back to our room when he went sleepwalking at 12 30 one night, very curious as to where he was found. Overall a good hotel

Lovely hotel . We went all inc and got what was expected. Wine is drinkable : comparing to a rui hotel in torromolinos which was crap. Beer was on draught and labelled Amstel , make your own decision ? . If you like a pint in a glass rather than plastic cup then it's good to ask for one using inside bar and then sit on terrace. Nice before eve meal. Food was good. Breakfast gets busy around 9.30 so get up to miss the q. Sun beds limited so need to get up and then go back to bed ie leave a towel: normal Spanish routine. Benidorm palace across the rd. waterpark up the hill next door. You can walk but it's rather steep, takes 10 minutes. Location of hotel is on the very edge and it takes 15 mins down to the beach and 20 mins back. A few local bars with entertainment from the various circuit acts. This was important as hotel eve entertainment very limited . Ok if you have under 7,s but thats it. Clean rooms and no issues with any service. Last word BECAREFUL with PICKPOCKETS.......we were and we still attracted some !

Room Tip: Sorry no spa but could not delete. Rooms in a u round the. Pool . You can have rd view or pool view...

Hi Got back on the 14th Aug after 10 nights stay with 3 kids .The hotel is clean the food is excellent and the rooms are a good size .... as with all hotels /holidays it takes a couple of days to settle in and find out about the facilities /rules etc .
We had a 6 am flight from uk ( will not do this again as the children were exhausted .)..arrived at the hotel 2 pm a little tired and stressed (would be nice to have a welcome drink or something )
the next morning we slept in until 10 am and of course i expected not to have a sunbed as i have experienced the 7 am thing elsewhere .Anyway we found a couple of beds with no towels on them and we settled down for a day by the pool ... after a couple of hours my wife was verbally abused by some chavs who clearly had no manners , bad hangovers ,basically SCUM !!!
They said we had taken there beds .... in hind sight and taking a step back from the madness i would say that they did have the beds but that the strong winds that day had blown there towels off so not our fault and really spoilt that first couple of days ..i would also like to mention that they were not representative of the majority of guests who were polite and nice normal people so we were unlucky .. by day 3 i had recharged batteries and had to follow the 7 am rule .. but i cant see any other way of doing it ... ive stayed in places were people reserve beds at 4 am (PS the above statement does not relate to the couple from Dundee who were actually honourable guys ) ,All hotels have this issue in some shape or other , the Germans started it and now we are following in there footsteps (or goose steps ) Sorry !!
Back to the hotel .... it was very good all round and you wont be dissapointed i promise .. my standards are pretty high and i have Children from 7 - 14 years so if you fancy Benidorm go to this one ... and get up early ... you can go back to bed once youve put your towel down !!!

Room Tip: Avoid Pool view room if you have youngsters .. very noisy until 12 PM

I stayed in this hotel in April 2013 for a friends 50th Bday,The rooms were a good size and spotless,The Food was also very good.Ideal location and not a high rise so a bonus in Benidorm..The only down point was the staff sent you to bed after 12... But would stay here again

Just came back from holiday with family.
Very good hotel, room cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Food in restaraunt very good although my grandson did not eat much, but plenty of choice for kids. The coffee was not nice or the orange juice it tasted funny somedays. On arrival we were given our passes straight away and told we could leave our luggage by reception so we could have something to eat and drink. The entertainment was poor but fun to watch especially the circus act bless him. The mini disco was ok but played the same songs very night could of done with a change, but my grandson enjoyed himself which is the main thing. Quizzes were good fun as well.
All the staff were good and friendly did not have a problem with the pass situation and did not wait long to be served ( if the queue is too long just go into the inside bar) the only qualms I had about the drink was baileys and spirits being served in Pepsi cups would of been better in clear plastic cups.
The sunned situation well it is a laugh watching them especially the woman in wheelchair sorting out her beds and tables, yes I said tables she had three at one point for four beds and trying to get a brolly which she could not move due to the concrete bottom oh and getting tangled up by the hose pipe, the pool attendant did help her untangle herself but did not help with the brolly. You could always get a bed at half nine but not by the front of pool.
Rooms were good size never ran out of hot water like some hotels at peak times. If you have a pool view it can be a little noisy but it is good to watch the entertainment if you do not fancy going down to the bar.
Hotel is ten to fifteen minutes walk to main part but plenty of bars along the way.
My son won killer pool on saturday, but they do not give certificates out on Saturdays and we left early morning Sunday so I would say he was a little disappointed in that
Would recommend to people.

Me my husband and 2 children have just stayed in this hotel for 1 week. On the whole it was lovely. However the food wasnt great and the entertainment at night was very poor. Most of the entertainment is aimed at children under 8. I found the hotel far too spanish and my children couldnt join in the games because the staff spoke poor english and they couldnt understand them. Before I went I read trip advisor and was worried we wouldnt get a sunbed by the pool. Iset my alarm every day and put my towels out at 7am and I didnt have any problems getting one. The hotel was very clean but 2 days of our holiday we had no maid service. I found the 1 drink per card system for fully inclusive a drag but its like that in lots of places. Dont think id stay in this hotel again I like more entertainment at night and that was the biggest let down. Food was ok not always much choice

Room Tip: If you have a balcony facing the pool its noisy at night until about 12.30

My husband and I have just recently returned from the hotel Mediterraneo,we stayed here from the 9-17th August on the fully inclusive basis, young at heart 40'ish couple looking for a week of sun a little bit of fun and relaxation.
Nice clean hotel with a good size room over looking the stage and pool area, we where on the 1st floor room 4109.
The hotel is a little out of the main drag but it is really cheap for the public transport buses only 3 euro's for two into the central area of Benidorm and the old town.
The hotel has a good sized pool which was never over crowded for a good swim, no lilo's or inflatables where allowed which I enjoyed, the sun lounger situation on our first day was very disappointing, if you where not up before 7am to run yes I mean run as we observed people doing to grab a lounger then the likely hood of sunning yourself and lying beside the pool to relax was non existent, my husband however as always was on the ball with this and although we did not agree with the situation like all the rest you have to be in it to win it he got up early (06:45)to reserve a sun lounger so we could relax in the sunshine, however after our 6th day or so there the hotel ordered more sun loungers in and there was actually free loungers after 09:00 which was a huge difference to our previous few days, I think the hotel must have been listening to the complaints!!
The food in the hotel in my opinion was of good quality and specifically the grill area which served delicious chicken, pork and steak...very yummy! But I do feel that there could have been more selection in the salad area and pasta bar compared to other fully inclusive hotels we have stayed in. Wine was served by the bottle and if you so wished you could reserve this bottle for the next meal if not finished...which we never done ha ha.
The Restaraunt got very hot at dinner time in the evening and could have been doing with a more consistent flow in the air conditioning.
Entertainment was OK not great, I understand this is not Vegas stuff but it was a little poor at times, we did venture out on a few occasions and seen some good tribute acts and comedians in the main area and the few bars just a 5 min walk down from the hotel, Rachel's, Tropical, Rock N Roll Bar and the like all had some really good acts showing.
The hotel charged for wi-fi, 5 euros a day or 12 euros a week but if you head down to the Tropical bar it's completely free.
Overall not a bad wee hotel but I feel in my opinion that this is a good 3 star and not 4 star hotel.
2nd time in Benidorm and will return, I love the variation and diversity Benidorm offers, would I return to the Mediterraneo....MMM probably not!
CONS - ID card system, having to carry a card every time and only 1 drink per person
Lack of air conditioning in the restaraunt.
Long queues at the pool bar with only one serving.
Cocktails - not nice
Sun lounger situation, to begin with.
Charging for Wi-fi
PRO'S - quiet
Spotless, cleanliness
Quality of food
Good size rooms
Friendly staff
Good sized pool
Good bars just 5 mins away

Room Tip: Didn't feel paying extra for a pool view was value for money.
