Just returned from this hotel never been to benidorm before I'm ashamed to say I'm a bit of a holiday snob stayed at sensatori last year but I have to say was pleasantly surprised the food at this hotel was as good as the sensatori if not better one of the best places I've had foid wise. My only gripe is you cannot get coffee in restaurant at lunch or dinner which was rather annoying as I like a nice cuppa with my dessert they have coffee machines in there so is beyond me why they can't just switch them on. My only other gripe is sun loungers you cannot adjust the back so uncomfortable when you want to sit up and read. Big mixture of people however when we was there a group of families who were together came in and there was one idiot who thought he was clever by shooting 2 elderly people with a water gun in the pool bearing in mind he was an adult with a child I found that very disrespectful and felt sorry for the other people that was going to have to put up with these idiots for the remainder of there holiday. Entertainment best I've been too could not fault it. And a big thank you to kids club my little boy didn't want to go and would cry however they still took him and he always enjoyed when we picked him up. Would def go back however not in peak season as I would imagine it to be bonkers. Another thing I would say those cards are annoying some would ask others wouldn't so became a pain. Beach not that far away and was a lovely beach. All in all I loved flamingo oasis and benidorm.

Room Tip: Low floor as lifts can be a nightmare in evenings.

We like to get the sun early in the year without going long haul so usually go to Egypt.
Due the the current unrest thought we would give it a miss and decided to go to Benidorm for the first time, thinking that there would be plenty to do even if the sun didn't shine.
As it was we had fantastic weather for twelve of the fourteen days.
We intended going for a week but due to the small amount extra, decided on two weeks.
On arrival at the hotel we were not particularly impressed by the outside appearance of the hotel but this soon changed when we walked through the doors.
We were greeted with a massive reception area,a bar at one end and the check in desk the other,
There were plenty of easy chairs and settees as well as many tables and chairs.
The check in procedure was one of the most efficient I have ever known with very friendly, helpful staff.
Our standard room was large with two settees, large twin beds and biggest wardrobes I have ever seen in an hotel with a nice size balcony over looking the mountains.
The restaurant was fantastically run by Marceau (Hope I spelt it right) aided by Margarita and Agustin who were all friendly and very efficient.
All the waiters in the restaurant were equally as efficient, friendly and industrious.
Being Benidorm the food was very much geared towards the Brits but was excellent both in selection and quality with a different carvery virtually every day.
The bar staff were yet again very friendly and efficient and never mind how long the queue you were promptly served.
It was a holiday of two halfs, the hotel was about half full our first week and there were virtually no queues for the bars or restaurant and no towels on loungers, the second week due to the kids being on holiday for Easter it was at capacity and the usual towels on sunbeds in the early hours started as well as queues for the restaurant and bars but as previously mentioned was handled very well by all staff.
The pool and surrounding area is described as large but this is by Benidorm standards so it does get congested at busy times.
The animation team were very good through the day but excelled with the shows they put on in the evenings, these were some of the best I have seen in a normal hotel.
There is also a piano bar which is adults only, open from 8pm until late with a resident singer/pianist complimented with good tribute acts on various nights.
All bars have san miguel and strongbow on draft as well as all the usual local spirits.
The gym was not good but adequate, the only disappointment was the restricted opening times.
There is a charge for wi-fi and each person has to pay separately.
It was disappointing that the pool bar was not open during our stay so you had to leave the pool and climb the stairs to the reception bar to get a drink.
The hotel is about a twenty minute walk to the beach and night life with many shops to look at on the way, but taxis are only approximately seven euro.
The hotel has 25 floors and six lifts so there can be a bit of a wait when busy.
The top three floors are club rooms which cost extra and have their own bar and pool on the roof.
In conclusion this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in with fantastic staff without exception and really good varied food.
I will certainly visit again but not at a busy time and would try the club rooms next time.

Room Tip: Towels are not supplied for the pool so a good idea to take your own,

This hotel is very large and although i did see disabled people, it was too spaced out and far too many steps, the lifts were very intermittent as there are 25 floors! One thing i did not like was the fact there is no fridge in your room or a kettle for a 4 star i think thats bad.To take a cup of tea upstairs was not an option as it was so far to go it would be cold."Special" things like these are reserved for the guests paying extra in the reserved area, brochure says rooftop pool, adults only oh great, but ordinary guests cant use it! it doesnt tell you that in the brochure.Food was very good with some meals excellent.

Room Tip: back of the hotel rooms get the noise from a busy road and the beep beep from reversing wagons at 6 oclock in the morning

My and my partner stayed here from the 29/4/14- 06/5/14 and from the minute we arrived till the minute we left we cant fault the place at all.
We stayed in the CLUB ROOM SUITE'S and they are out of this world. Adults only though. You have a private lounge with a small bar snacks, tv, free wi-fi, free use of internet, coffee machine, dvds, board games, magazine's and a little balcony. As well as having the roof top which has sun loungers, bar, pool and a pool table. You have a cleaner in the morning and night which are again fantastic at there job.
Food has a very good variety and there's always something to eat. Waiter and waitress's are always there to help as well as clean up after you.
Entertainment well there's always something for all ages and yet again that was brilliant.
Cant fault this hotel and staff. Highly recommend this hotel. Two very happy people.

Room Tip: If your going as a couple choose the club room's. Well worth the extra little bit money.

A group of girls and I have just came back from 3 days at this hotel. We have been staying in this hotel in May for the last 6years and have also stayed in the Summer with our families and partners. Up until now we have loved the hotel, however we are very upset at how we were treated this year. Every year it has other groups of girls and guys either on hens/stags, birthdays or girls just like us that like to get a long weekend away. This year we were the only group of girls. Everyone else was either above 60/70 or families. This did not bother us to begin with, until the older people complained when we put on some music by the pool. There were 16 of us ageing between 18 and 50 so our music was not loud or clubby. An older lady in front of us kept turning around to tut and show disgust at our conversations and our music. She then went to complain and a security guard came down to check, felt the music was low and he left. 10minutes later he came back saying he was told again by that person and another about the music so it had to be turned off! We went to reception and they confirmed because 2 had complained it had to go off. 2 people out of the whole hotel controlled what happened is a disgrace! After 6 years! We wouldn’t have minded if there was music on from the hotel but there was not, only a few games going on. So annoyed at this, that after many stays over the years, we are considering not going back! We started off a group of 8 girls and each year because we bragged how great the hotel was, people were joining on, well I'm afraid we will be taking our custom else were and will be informing every one of the same.
