Arrived on Boxing Day for 7 nights and started off well. Cannot fault the hotel staff - very friendly and helpful. We were on the 17th floor - great views (especially for the fireworks on NYE) but the noise and behaviour of one set of "guests" on the floor above was horrendous ( I assume myself and another reviewer may be talking about the same group). We also complained but unfortunately, the response from reception was lukewarm to say the least. Quite glad to hear they were asked to leave as the were doing nothing for the hotel's reputation.
Also, there was a Christmas festival every night in the municipal area at the side of the hotel with very loud music until very, very early in the morning which didn't help matters.
However, on the plus side, the hotel is very centrally located to anywhere you would want to get to in Benidorm. As I said, the only complaint about the hotel were those who thought that they were the only ones on holiday.

Stayed here twice now can't fault the place , very clean rooms cleaned regular, staff friendly, bar only open in the day shuts quite early but its not really a problem in bendorm.ten minute walk to bars and square ,five minutes to old town , wouldn't recommend this to familys though bit lively but otherwise fill yer boots.

Room Tip: All rooms baring the first few floors have a sea view.

Just returned from 5 nights here, 2 adults and 2 x 10 year old children and were on the 18th Floor brilliant for the views but not my heart !! Noisy neighbours husband had to go and complain about the noise from the next door apartment where there were about 8 young lads asked to leave. Good for old and new town everything within walking distance. Rooms were clean, staff seemed helpful enough, didn't have to pay 100euros on arrival whic was a bonus. If you stay here go to Jimmys Red Lion bar just up the road, food excellent and good prices

Room Tip: Wouldn't recommend if you have small children, was very noisy with lots of shouting from balconi...

Clean, functional well situated great views from our 12th floor, friendly staff. Cleaner was very pleasant and towels were changed ! Loads of hot water and good shower, central heating for anyone visiting in winter! air conditioning as well. A few English movie Chanel's and news ones. Large supermarket just around the corner! All in all would use again!

just had 5 nights, rooms very clean staff very polite and helpfull
bar area, pool area and shop for basic essentials are all very good.
fantastic place for stags and hens or young couples, Familys AVOID.
we had groups of people on both sides of our room that came in every morning between 4 and 5 am and carried on partying in there rooms till around 7am.
another downside,if your drop off and pick up is by bus,you are dropped and collected from a hotel about 500 yards away down a hill, due to buses not being able to get up narrow road, not a real issue unless your dropped off at night, its your first time there and the bus driver cant speak a word of english,
in general,i would go back if it were a lads jolly,as a couple or party, but would not take the kids.

Stayed here for the 6th time and once again, found the rooms very clean. Sheets/Towels changed twice in the 7 days we were there. Rooms are pretty basic and no frills however spacious rooms and large balcony. The Hotel now has a makeshift mini-market next to the bar so you can buy the essentials on sight which is handy if you arrive on a Sunday like I did and the supermarkets are closed. Safe in each room with key rented from reception to keep your valuables in. Helpful English speaking staff on 24hr reception, the same staff as were there in 2008 when I first stayed here. Bar area serves snacks and ok priced beer. Lovely terrace area around a good sized pool which is washed down/cleaned daily before most people are awake. Very handy for old town and new town. Its not top end by any means, but if you spend a lot of time out of the room then definitely somewhere to consider staying for the price you pay.

Room Tip: All rooms ending in '04' on floors above 3rd give great views out to sea including Benidorm...

Stayed for 4 nights , apartment very spacious and clean. Good location for both new and old town, only downside you had to pay for tv remote so gave it a miss.Hotel was in a good position had good views from the balcony, unlike most Benidorm hotels that are on top of each other. Reception staff were very good and helpful, spoke good english. W e stayed sunday to Thursday so it was quiet.
