Stayed here again. Can't speak more highly of this hotel/flats for value, location and the lady on the front desk is always lovely.
I was given a suit as full on 18th floor. Room was perfect and view was surreal

Located in the Old Town area of Benidorm it's the perfect place to stay if you don't want to sleep beneath the madness in the new side of town (which features many of the awful British pubs!!)
Upon entering the room, I was pleased to find clean sheets, a clean bathroom and spotless glasses and plates.
The view is incredible! You look right over the town and are faced with the sea, just beautiful to wake up to.
My only complaints would be that the staff could be altitude more polite, and sady the pool is always in the shade during the morning and so takes too long to heat up - not worth taking a dip as it's far too cold even at 3pm!! Take the short walk to the beach instead.
A great place to stay, clean, brilliantly located, and good value. Will be returning next year!

I booked this apartment for 2 reasons. The first was the location, only a 5 minute walk down to the old town and about 10 - 15 minutes to the new town end. The hotel is located next to L'Aiguerra Park, a green oasis in the middle of the city with an open air stage which holds concerts one of which which we experienced one evening. The other main reason I chose it was that it has 24 hour reception. I was put off other apartments because the key has to be collected from near or far, sometimes needing a taxi. No thanks.
The reception staff were lovely, pleasant and helpful. There is money exchange also.
The rooms were a tad "cosy" but fine for the 3 of us. I think we would have been a bit squashed had there been 4 of us. Kitchen was quite well equipped and the bathroom had plenty of room. Balcony was enormous with stunning views. The whole apart was very clean and we had clean towels 3 times during our week stay.
The pool looked clean and well cared for as was the surrounding area. We didn't use the pool because we went to the beach and the weather was a bit iffy on a couple of days ending in a thunderstorm which was very spectacular from so high up. Just around the corner, so convenient, was a huge Mercadona supermarket with everything you could possibly need. Loads of choice and much cheaper than the UK.
We went to the new town twice during our stay and saw some really good shows and tribute bands, but spent a lot of our time in the tapas bars in the old town where you can get 1 tapas/pincho and a glass of wine or cava for 1 euro. So many different taste experiences, you are spoiled for choice. The old town is full of restaurants, bars and quirky shops ... lovely. The open air market on a Sunday is a must do, plenty to see and lots of bargains. In fact, the whole of Benidorm is a shoppers' paradise. The promenades are beautiful and the beaches great and all so clean and well cared for. Benidorm was nothing like you perceive it from the bad press it has received in the past. All of us were pleasantly surprised. There is something there for everyone and I wish I had found it years ago. La Era Park was a lovely place to stay, and we have booked 2 weeks again next year. You won't be sorry if you stay here and you won't be disappointed with Benidorm either.

Room Tip: The higher the floor, the better the view

All the staff were fantastic apart from the barman who seemed to shout at young children all day. Rooms were very clean and kitted out nicely. Can be very noisy but thats just benidorm.
They didnt take a deposit from us but the remote deposit was 5 euros which isnt bad. Everything else was fantastic will be returning there next year.

When friend Carol told me she had booked us & friend Bev into this hotel, I looked it up on Trip Advisor & contemplated this break with great trepidation. It seemed there were an awful lot of stag & hen parties here & I anticipated sleepless nights & rowdy days! Not that we were going to be spending a terrific amount of time in the apartment as we'd be out exploring in the day & frequenting the tapas bars at night.
We got there & received a warm welcome from Juan Paolo at reception. Our apartment was on the 18th floor (thank goodness for the lift!!) & had a stunning view from the generously portioned balcony. The apartment was a little on the small side, but not cramped. It was clean, the kitchen area quite well stocked, bathroom was a good size with a large mirror. The bedroom was, for the girls, a tad tiny with just one small bedside table but a lovely large wardrobe that housed all our clothes. It also contained the safe, always wise to use. The settee that doubled up as a bed in the living area, I found extremely comfy,& the girls found their beds comfortable also, The air conditioning was much appreciated at night, & was free of charge.
The pool area was large & the pool clean & a good size (but as I can't swim this aspect didn't really concern me!) I sat at one of the tables one late afternoon enjoying a long, cool pint after an afternoon of walking & exploring, Bev joining me, & it was all very relaxed & pleasant,
All the reception staff were attentive, helpful, warm & friendly. The other guests were of all age ranges, The hotel is excellently situated, just a short walk from the old town, & a little further from the newer part, & there is a superb supermarket just up the road for your self-catering bits & pieces, Oh, & the stag & hens? Well, there was a group of lads that arrived on the Thursday for a few nights, but there was only one disturbance, briefly, at 7 o'clock one morning!!! They were such amiable chaps though, that I didn't mind.
All-in-all, this was a great place to stay, & if I return to Benidorm, which I may do next year with a mate, then I would happily stay here again.

Room Tip: If you can, get room 1802 or 1803 as these have glass fronted balconies & really do offer specta...
