What a nice place great hotel great staff from general manager to bar and cleaners , well done to you all , however there is always one or two people that stand out from the crowd , Oscar on the roof top bar , very happy in his job and in his words you pay for service so that’s what I will give you , he is very passionate about his job works as if it was his own place .
I spoke to the general manager a couple of times and he leads from the front happy to help doing anything,I was at the front desk to check my transfer he didn’t step back and let the girls check he just got on with it checked for me and it was refreshing to see , so well done to him great leadership , so into the hotel it’s self , rooms are good cleaned and new towels daily , food was good I think a lot of Spanish come to this hotel so Spanish food on the menu but we are in Spain, so enjoy what we go for. Location is about 400 meters from the front of the beach down a steady slopped road and then you can walk along the front for about a mile and half to the other side ie new town and the strip, so getting back up the rd can be a little work so if you have mobility issues going down ok but perhaps a taxi back up . Bars are good for a drink and snacks . Overall we will say stay here for the money it’s great value for money and location is good if your ok with walking a little

Dear davewinterbottomchri,

Thank you for your fantastic review.

We are happy you have had a lovely holiday. It is always appreciated that our efforts to provide quality holidays are noticed.
It was nice to have a time to chat and feedback with you but have no doubt that the manager is just another team member, with to arms to help his colleagues (and just a few more responsibilities sometimes ;)) . Anyway, I really estimate your words: thank you!

Hope to see you soon again!

Best regards,

Asier Gacía

This hotel is small compared to the high rise hotels but has everything required of all hotels just on a smaller scale. On arrival which was 11pm was quickley booked in and a meal was ready for us in the dinning room which we placed in the micro wave oven and was good. As we then went to our room it had no balcony we assumed it would have one, so we had a word at the recepton to a very helpful young lady (sorry never got her name) and sais she would do her best to change our room.True to her word the next morning she told us at 12 noon another room would be ready for us. This room was bigger with a settee in it and a balcony, we were very pleased with this room, only a view of the street but this hotel is set in a area so i do not think any of the rooms will have a better view, this did not bother us as out all day but we still wanted a balcony. The food we thought was good and the evening meal included drinks which was self service wine beer soft drinks so that was a bonus as we were expecting to be charged for drinks. The hotel had entertainment but cannot comment on this as we were out every night. The room has a kettle in it but no cups or tea bags but we brought our own as i did know this.We thought this hotel was good value for money and in a good location not far from the shops and beach in our opinion.

Arrived at lunchtime and were offered lunch straight away.
Food was superb, plenty of choice and plenty of room .
Our room was modern and clean, comfy bed, good shower and massive balcony. Lots of English channels on the TV for when we had bad weather.
The all inclusive drinks were fab. The entertainment lady Ana, was good fun. All the staff were polite and friendly, especially Eusebio.
The beach is a 10 minute walk and is superb.
New town is 30 minutes walk.
We had a great time and would definately return.

Just left this hotel, when we first arrived we had been given a small room with just window no view and no balcony, we requested if they could move us due to when booking we asked for a balcony, they told us to come to reception the following morning, and changed our room to a lovely large one, with sofa, wardrobe, balcony etc, was extremely clean. it’s in the old town of Benidorm surrounded by Spanish, 10 mins from Spanish beach and and €8 euros for a taxi to the main British tourist area levante beach/strip or 40 min walk. Close to waterpark around €9 in taxi and supermarkets walking distance. Lady on reception Simona very friendly, infact all staff were lovely and always welcoming. Food was good, although I would recommend more vegetarian and vegan options as everyone should have a choice. And Please label food better!!! Paella, pasta dishes didn’t say if they had meat in???? Please label better. Dangerous! We had to check out 8 hours before our flight which was a bit of a nuisance as had to hang around all day. Pool is small on the roof, it’s just to dip in not really for swimming, larger pool over the road to use, can be quite shaded and only has sun for around 2hrs in the afternoon (not good for sun worshippers!!) overall, Had a good holiday. Thank you .
