The hotel is in a really good location, although you cannot get into the garage without a pass key. This means you have to park on yellow lines to book into the hotel in order to get your garage key.It is just three streets away from the lively area with plenty of entertainment.
The hotel staff are really friendly people and go out of their way to please everyone, nothing is too much trouble. The only down side for me was the hard bed, as I suffer from hip problems and needed a softer mattress. This wasnt possible as I was told all the beds were the same, but was given a blanket to help ease the hardness.I had a choice of chalet or hotel and a room with view. We were given a top floor (16) room overlooking all the pools. Would we go back? Definitly!!

Room Tip: Sea view would be better as rooms overlooking pools have no privacy.

this is a lovely hotel with nice size rooms which are cleaned daily and change of towels daily if required and nice size balcony beds are made each day. and has a safety deposit.box with a charge of 14 euros per week meals are very nice with plenty of choice. evening meals you have to pay for any drinks. outside pools are very nice but there is only one life guard on the main pool dont forget the second pool is deep and you should keep a eye on any children
down points there is 4 lifts but they are tiny and rush hour you have to wait quite a while which we walked quite a lot. also the fridge in the room is not cold enough

Room Tip: ask for a room with a pool view

Stayed for 4 nights with 2 friends in a triple room. None of us could find fault. Its near to the beach and nightlife, which is where we wanted to be. Old town a longer walk, but fine for us. Food good and plenty of choice. The pool does get busy, but we prefered the beach anyway. We will stay here again..

Seven of us stopped here between 6 - 13th September, the temperature was near the 30 degree mark, have no negative comments about the Hotel. It was two minutes away from the local market,( Wednesday and Sundays only), a comfortable walk to Levante beach and the evening entertainment was very good. Plenty of choice of meals even if your a fussy eater like me, would definitely go back. Well recommended..

Room Tip: stay in the hotel as the annexe rooms are small..

Just returned from a 5 night stay in the Pueblo, our room was on the 14th floor in the tower block, brilliant views overlooking pool, but not for the vertigo sufferers. room was clean, spacious, bathroom was adequately sized with a large shower, no problems getting a sunbed around pool, most annoying part was the loud music being played, and it was the same music everyday which was even more annoying. security is good with access to lifts and accommodation blocks and rooms via key card , good variety of food but lots of times it was not as hot as it should be. will not stop me from returning to this hotel - great stay.

Room Tip: just be polite at reception and tell them what you would like,

Just returned home from a 4 night stay at Pueblo, We stayed in one of the 5 blocks that they have which was very clean rooms were smaller then i thought however it didnt matter it did its job. Bathroom was small and the shower even smaller when you was in there but like it said this is a minor issue because you dont spend your holiday in the shower. Room cleaned every day beds made and towels changed twice during our trip the aircon worked very well and we had english channels on our tv so when it was raining all day on one of our days we stayed in and just watched a bit of home which obviously made us feel even more like home.
The pool, well you could not get a sunlounger if you woke up late we learnt this on our first day when we came out to realise we couldnt lie anywhere there is a sign that says you are unable to reserve the sunbeds but this was obviously there for show. I stayed by the pool the whole day and noticed that the towels that were on the beds next to me had been there all day and nobody had came to lie on them, its not fair but i suppose there is nothing that can be done.
Food, we paid for half board which meant we had breakfast an then could decide if we was to have lunch or dinner which was great. There was enough to choose from for us the only thing we had a issue with was finding a spider in the grapes but when we told the staff they apoligised and then we did see anymore grapes the entire stay.

The only problem we faced was that we were too loud, which was rather anoying as we are in benidorm there was 4 of us in two separate rooms and the people next door to us would constanlty complain to reception about the music or the noise level of us when we arrived in. We would get in around 5am (sometimes later) laughing and to be honest a very merry on alcahol, and the people next door would be banging on the wall shouting at us in spanish it was just ridiculus i'm not sure what they expected I mean they were not English but if they were after a quiet holiday they should have been put in the actual hotel and not the blocks as we felt this wasnt fair on us or them as we were just trying to enjoy our stay.

Overall we had a nice stay in this hotel.

Room Tip: I did request a pool view room, however i didnt get this i even emailed the hotel it was busy so may...
