lovely place stayed here twice now, this time just myself and my 9 yr old daughter for a little girly get away felt so safe , staff so friendly and helpful .
Its very mixed nationality hotel and so the the Spanish like the beach leaving the pool pretty empty , beds were always available , beach ten mins away and main old town square ten mins away too .
food is great plenty of fresh meat , fish , salad , veg ,various potatoes, ( good proper grub ) those who eat frozen rubbish or takeaways such as nuggets , burgers m chips etc will probably moan !!
rooms are clean tidy , our balcony was a sun trap as most others say the same .
we hired a fridge so we could have cups of tea's and drinks in the room , however they dont seam to mind you taking food and drink u with you .
lovely place would defiantly go back any time . plus the beautiful park next to the hotel is a winner.

note go to levi's showboat for a good adult ( my daughter is 9 she was ok with it ) drag show , fantastic comedy ,and dancing .

Room Tip: ask for a room facing the park

Stayed at Prince Park Hotel Aug 2013 , at the Prince Park and would recommend it to anyone. Clean rooms, friendly staff and very quiet at night for sleeping. Food was average but eatable. We would definitely stay there again. There is a nice little poolside bar and sun loungers etc. There are 2 lift. Our room was nice, with a view over Princes Park, and a small balcony with chairs and a table. You should have everything you need there. TV is provided but all the channels are Spanish. In general we were pleased to stay here and didn't have many grumbles. The bar staff in the main bar seemed a bit austere

Stayed at Prince Park Hotel Aug 2013 to say i was disappointed is an under statement read many reviews before going on this holiday so was expecting much more than i got The hotel is tired and in need of updating found the staff unfriendly and rude ( was not allowed to take bottle of water that i had PAID for from the dining room to my bedroom) the food was awful after first 2 days ate out in the town for the rest of my holiday having to spend more money than expected!! hotel location also disappointing Would not stop there again or recommend it to anyone else. AVOID IT is my advice

A good budget hotel. Conveniently situated within walking distance of the energetic old town. The food was generally ok. The pool was a bit small, but never seemed overcrowded. There is a nice little poolside bar and sun loungers etc. There are 2 lifts, which are tiny, and only just fit a wheelchair inside. Our room was nice, with a view over Princes Park, and a small balcony with chairs and a table. You should have everything you need there. TV is provided but all the channels are Spanish. In general we were pleased to stay here and didn't have many grumbles. The bar staff in the main bar seemed a bit austere, not many smiles, but generally they managed their station well enough. We would stay there again if the price remains competitive.

Spent one week in the Prince Park Hotel which was overall a pleasant stay. Rooms were of a reasonable size, and luckily we had a balcony facing the Julio Iglesias Park which got the sun from 2pm until dark. It is in a good location, with no noise at night, but the down side of this location is the 15 minute walk up and down hill to the old town. There are buses though which are a 2 minute walk from the hotel, which at €1.50 is good value and run every 20 minutes. Food generally was good, with something for everyone's taste, although breakfast time was a bit chaotic at times, and annoyingly a lack of cups and the beverage machines running out of milk everyday. If you were lucky enough to get a cup you then had to go elsewhere to get a teabag which was at the opposite end of the dining room and the sugar was in another place. I think it would be better if these were placed beside the machines!
The rooms were cleaned every day, but, clean towels were a bit more infrequent. Cleaning staff were very friendly, as were the receptionists.
The front of the hotel looked lovely, but unfortunately anyone with a disability would toil to get access very easily. There were quite a number of steps leading to the entrance, and although there was also a ramp, this was quite long and steep, and not at all easy for disabled people, especially coming down.
Entertainment in the evening started at 10.15pm, and was OK, for the half hour or so it was on.
Pool area is small, but ideal for this hotel. Sunbeds looked comfortable.

Room Tip: Rooms definitely facing the Park, and the higher the floor number the better for a sunny balcony.

Got back from here early hours of today. Husband and I aged 39 and 40 decided to snatch quick 4 day getaway whilst kids were away at camp, so it was our first holiday alone in 18 years. This hotel was definitely the right choice. We were on a full board basis because travel republic were offering it as cheap as b&b? So it would have rude not to! Food was lovely...usual Spanish hotel assortment such as lots of salad, soup, paella, bread with choice of meat fish and veg, only difference was it was not as bland as a lot of hotels. Dessert was the usual blancmonge stuff not my thing but the fruit was lovely....also they had. Mr wippy style ice cream machine that was self service, I did try this and it was lovely! Breakfast was usual choice of continental meats breads cheeses, or cereals, yogurts and dried fruit, or full English but with the frankfurter sausages. Also lovely treat every other days was churros with big vat of melted chocolate sauce that you could ladle into cup for dipping! Restaurant was lovely and cool, and clean there was never a problem getting a seat.
There was entertainment every night from Ten ish, there were singers, a bubble man, elvis impersonator etc And other acts but tbh we never stayed for entertainment preferring to chill with glass of wine on the balcony. We asked for a room over looking the park as we had read that these offered best views and got sun from 2 in the afternoon. we were on the seventh floor this is the top floor and we did have lovely views, and sun all afternoon which was great because the real down fall of this hotel was the pool and pool area which was tiny. Most sun beds didn't get sun for long so knowing this we chose to go walking in the morning and then chill on the balcony in the sun in the afternoon. This was fab for us but had we have taken our 3 kids aged 16, 12 and 11 I don't think they would have been happy as hey are used to huge landscaped mallorcan pool areas. So it really depends what sort of holiday you are looking for. Also whilst views fab there were lots of Spanish teenagers that hung around the park on skateboards, they weren't doing anything wrong but were quite loud till about 11.30.
Our room was really clean and we had fresh towels everyday, the whole hotel had recently been refurb end so looked fresh and boutiquey. Room had zircon and flat screen tv, only switched it on once and think all channels were Spanish but I guess thy would be as 90% of the guests were Spanish.
All staff were lovely, and friendly.
Hotel is ideally positioned for both old and new towns, and both beaches we walked miles each day. We also got a bus no.16 from av. Mediternaneo to guadelest which was a lovely treat. I used to live in the area so wanted to revisit places I love. Bus was 15 € for 2 adults return which we thought was good but there is only one bus there and back, and so you only get 2 hours which isn't really enough if you wanted to have lunch.
All in all....hotel was exactly what we wanted for a quiet relaxing holiday. Wouldn't have changed a thing and would definitely love to return. Any questions please ask and ill do my best to answer. Thank you Prince Park for a lovely holiday.
