Good break in a nice hotel which is centrally located. The returning late night/early morning revellers can be a problem however despite notices asking people to be quiet. Rooms were clean as well as all the public areas and staff were friendly and courteous. This is a good hotel offering value for money

I went here for a short break with a mate. I didn't know what to expect as I had never been to Benidorm before. This hotel was ideal for us. Hotel itself was very clean and ideally positioned for the nightlife of Benidorm. We went half board and we were very pleased with the variety of food in the self service restaurant. Something for every one's taste. Reception was lovely and clean and staff always on hand to answer your questions. Warning.....the lifts in reception are tiny. If you are claustrophobic......use the stairs. We had a lovely twin bedded room on the 10th floor over looking the pool. Yes it was opposite Cafe Benidorm, yes you could hear some noise outside but we didn't go to benidorm to sleep! Expect noise, it's a party place. If your wanting to go to sleep early....pack ear plugs. The room was cleaned every day. If you needed clean towels just leave them in shower and they are changed for you. There was plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. We didn't use the tv but it was there if u wanted it. Air conditioning was great, no noise from it at all.

The hotel seemed to have a few activities on and they did have entertainment in the Sanctuary Bar but this was geared up for the older guests so we didn't take advantage of it. It looked great if you were of retirement age though.

Pool area got quite busy, even though it was mid october we had lovely weather, but one side of the pool was constantly in the shade. The bar next to the pool area was very handy. There is a sunbathing terrace if you would rather not sit by the pool.

All in all a cracking place. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Room Tip: Higher floor. Room with view of pool. These rooms are sunny, apparently the rooms on the other side...

Spent 10 days here from 7th to 17th October. Had stayed here previously for 3 days a few
years ago and liked it so booked again. The hotel is extremely clean, everywhere is gleaming. The rooms are quite small but have everything you need including a flat screen television and mini fridge. I did find it quite strange though that the bathroom had a saloon type frosted glass door! Not exactly private !!. The location is good although we did find that even with the doors shut we could still hear quite a lot of noise from the bars around the square and people shouting which we didn't notice last time and be aware that the bars are open more or less all night!. The pool area is nice and was always plenty of sunbeds (the nice blue ones not the white plastic ones). The lifts are small and it is struggle to get 2 people in with luggage when you arrive and leave although there are 3 lifts. The food is of a very good standard in comparison to a lot of the 3 star hotels in the area. It was always hot with plenty of choice. I would stay here again but not in summer as unless you are planning on staying out all night yourself then you might not get much sleep.

booked this hotel as surprise for the other halves 50th. heard good things and knew the location was great. my fella really fussy on the food front and usually makes us eat out..not this time, the choice is excellent..noticed that one side of the pool is always in the shade.. ( note for next time ) plenty of beds..we had a great view of the square and all the going ons!!..The only thing I would disagree with as you can hear a bit of boom boom noise and people having a good time. .but hey its benidorm. hotel orange. .Thank you
