Have just returned from a weekend with the girls all inclusive. We had a triple room and found we still had enough space to move around. Large bathroom and lovely view of the sea from our balcony. Stayed room 1112. Our balcony was a sun trap and had the afternoon sunshine. The food is excellent, best choice and quality I have ever experienced in Spain. Breakfast was the usual fry up eggs, bacon, black pudding, hash browns, pancakes made to order, cereal, porridge, fruit. etc (the list is endless). Lunch and dinner also had a fantastic amount of choices. The drinks were excellent and you even just had to ask for crisps and nuts at the bar, free of charge. Little things like that added to our total experience. Spa great 2 for 15 euros. Central location and just across the road from the bus stop that served Alicante airport. Bus was 9.50 euros from airport to Benidorm. Entertainment at night caters for the older generation, although this would probably change in high season. Wifi free and available in whole hotel. Can't believe anyone would give this hotel a bad review. Will definitely be back

Room Tip: Room 1112 sun trap

Just back from 4 days at this hotel, check in was poor, the staff checked me in as 2 people in a standard room (even though I had booked directly with the hotel) they had to check me in all over again when I pointed out their mistake, housekeeping was poor, I got my cava and drinks on day one, my dressing gown on day two and finally on day three, the toiletries arrived. There was a hair clip on the floor when I arrived which was still there when I left and I found a leather belt under one of the beds, the balconies are very small, but the room quite modern. The Spa was very good with helpful staff. The restaurant had a good choice of food, both hot and cold with friendly staff, the select lounge was relaxing and quiet (unlike the noisy main and poolside bars) the manager held a staff meeting in the outside area of the select lounge each morning, but was unobtrusive. Had I paid full rate for the Sandos I would have been disappointed, but it was cheap enough to live with, not sure I'd come back though

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view room

Food was amazing, hotel was really clean including our room. Front desk staff could do with learning a bit more English. The entertainment was ok on a few nights; other nights it was very Spanish orientated. I was also surprised to see that the spa was not in the all inclusive package!!! very disappointed in this. 10 euros per person for 2 hours. Location is good! in the middle of everything. Also some 'normal' liquors were not in the all inclusive menu and you could not get a hot tea or coffee during your meal.

We booked with Thomas cook for this hotel and they advised us of its quality, the hotel is about 6 years old so it's fairly new. We arrived at 9:30 pm and lady in reception told us to forget checking in we could do that later as the restaurant closed at 10:00 pm which we thought was very thoughtful of her so off we went to get our food, we were not disappointed, the food at this hotel is fantastic, so much choice and plenty to choose from they cater for everyone here, if you can't find something you like in this restaurant you seriously have a problem, we have been holidaying in Spain on and off for over 30 years and this hotel is probably the best we have stayed in.
The hotel itself is immaculately clean, the rooms are serviced every day, the hotel staff always seemed friendly towards us and the bar staff always like to joke with us.
The hotel is located towards the old town of Benidorm a couple of blocks back from the sea front, we thought in an ideal spot for everything.
That's all the positive stuff now a few negative points, the music in the bar downstairs is deafening by both the acts and Raquel the hotel DJ we did complain several times to both Raquel and the hotel but music still stayed at a ridiculous level it was impossible to talk to the person next to you even by shouting, another really petty point was when you handed your key card in at reception they cut off your all inclusive wrist band, so then if your pick up back to the airport is after 12:00 pm like ours you can't even get a cup of tea without paying. There were also groups of middle aged men (British) who just wanted to drink all day and make a noise inside and out of the hotel at 4:00 am in the morning.
We think that the management should make this hotel couples only as there are plenty of lower class hotels in Benidorm that would suit these type of people and not spoil it for the other 99% of decent folk that had a fantastic time and a few drinks (including us)
We would have rated this hotel perfect but for the two or three negative points above.
Would we go back? Yes we would.

Room Tip: Try to get a room with a higher number I.e 209 210 309 310 411 412. 2, 3, 4 5, 6 etc are the floor numbers. 9,10,11 etc are the room numbers these are at the end of the corridor away from the lift

Just back from this lovely hote. If you book a holiday just days before you are about to leave make sure that your transfer has been confirmed. We arrived on 4th Feb and when we went to get our coach we were not booked on one. The lady rep was helpful in getting us on the next one but we had to wait nearly 2 hours. When we arrived at the reception there were 4 or 5 people in front of us so thought this wont take too long, but we had to wait for about half an hour to get checked in because the folks in front were paying for their accomodation which took ages.
Just back from an enjoyable 4 night break. If you book your break afew days before departure make sure that your transfers have been confirmed. When we went to find our coach we were not booked on one. The lady rep was helpful in finding a coach but this meant that we had to wait for nearly 2 hours. When we arrived at the reception there were 5or 6 people in front of us so we thought this wont take long, but half an hour later we were still waiting. The folk in front were paying for their accomodation or upgrading which was very time consuming. Eventually we got to our room and it was very nice. The fridge had soft drinks beer and cava which was replaced every day. When we booked the break we got the silver upgrade for the same price as a normal room. The silver room included a separate lounge where you help yourself to a great variety of drinks and some nibbles. The breakfast was the best meal of the day. The snacks and nibbles available were very nice but the evening meal was not alway hot, lacked variety of veg. The gala night on the Friday was absolutely rammed. I dont know if this is every Friday but it seemed that there were a lot of people who had maybe paid for a night out. Would use this hotel again.

ation which and up grading. There were only 2 receptionists on the desk which was not enough. When we were checked in we found the room very nice. When we booked the 4 night break we managed to get silver room for the same price as normal room. This was great, we had fridge with soft drinks and beer, dressing gown which was needed on balcony as there was a cold wind, we also had slippers free spa and silver bar where you could help yourself to a great selection of drinks and nibbles. The silver outside lounge was very nice as we met so many different people which we find difficult in large open lounges. The breakfasts were the best we have found anywhere but the night dinners could have been hotter. Having said this there was always something to eat whether nibbles or hot snacks.
