I've just spent 5 days at this hotel with my friends. I'd read lots of reviews beforehand so I tried to go with an open mind. The reserving of sunbeds was an issue but we managed to find one everyday. There are always those inconsiderate holidaymakers that reserve beds then go out for the day.Our room was cleaned everyday, with fresh linen and towels. Very basic rooms a little dated but clean. The restaurant had cafeteria style plastic seating, very practical a bit uncomfortable but hard wearing. No problem finding something to eat but lacked variety, always fish and a meat dish to choose from and a fresh salad bar. The dining queues were annoying as they could be easily resolved by moving the salad bar and serving food from both sides.Plenty of drinks on the all inclusive menu. Breakfast being the best meal of the day having more than one toaster and a couple of coffee machines. Great pastries!
Entertainment was provided every night although it lacked imagination.
The staff were lovely, well mannered and very polite. There were Spanish staying at the hotel but then we were in Spain.

Room Tip: Our rooms were on the first floor at the front of the hotel. Poor views. The road below is very busy...

having read other reviews on this place, i have to admit there are some points to consider,
1. the pool, a no go area if you've anything about you, queuing up at 8am (opened pool at 9 am). and to be honest, there is a great beach less than 10 minutes away, so really not a problem.
2. the rooms are clean, i think i had fresh bedding every day, and clean towels as well
3.the restaurant, first night was a bun fight, as was every other night, in the top restaurant, go down the second set of stairs and its peaceful and no queues, really nice salads. fresh soups, a meat dish, a fish dish, fresh cooked veg, pizza, pasta, even chips if you like. enjoyed every meal in there, and the breakfasts are great, all you need.
i would deffo recommend this place and go back myself.

Room Tip: we had 3 rooms, single rooms no balcony, air conditioning worked well.

After a 5 day stay here I was expecting a nice relaxing break chilling out at the pool! This was impossible. As a party of 6 it was impossible to get sunbeds unless up at 7am to queue for 2 hours for a bed! On the second day of my trip we finally managed to get beds and after sunbathing all morning we went inside to get our lunch, when we came back we found the lifeguard had gave our beds to a Spanish family! When confronted we were told not allowed to reserve beds even tho most of the beds where reserved all day with no one on them! When speaking to other Brits they said life guard does that a lot to Brit families and favours the Spanish. Also found we were told to get out of pool at 6 but other days Spanish families still in pool at 8pm defo not a fair hotel Spanish defo get priority at this hotel. Would defiantly not stay here again because of this totally put me off and I'm a easy oozy person that never complains

Spent. A week here ,chaos on arrival no rooms ready told to wait 10mins ... 1hour later got into room. Staff and Spanish very rude staff spitting at children , lifeguard only allowing inflatabes and halls in small kids pool.. Don't think they've heard off health and safety in Spain. Staff ignored English at bars ,dining room had cockroaches in. Shocking Place for English youngest daughters first trip abroad wish it had been somewhere better.

Been home 1 day and needed to review this hotel. Reading recent review on this site,we were apprehensive. I am really glad that we went here! Yes the pool area is smaller than usual and yes the sunbeds get taken up quickly. You do have to queue for the food in the restaurant but it is not for long and i never had a cold plate of food. Everyone took their turn and the food was always replenished well before it had run out.
The room was clean and had air conditioning. The TV had some UK channels to watch while you are getting ready. The food was good and very plentiful. The drinks were good and very plentiful. The evening entertainment was very good. The staff were very friendly and worked very hard. I personally like the idea of going to Spain and being amongst mostly Spanish people. There were plenty of brits there also. The beach is prob 10 min walk away but very easy down one straight road. It is a lovely beach with lovely clear water and you can walk for miles if you wish. The old town is very nice too and easily walkable.
All in all my partner and I had a wonderful holiday here at this hotel and i would not hesitate in going back again.

We have just returned from this hotel having spent a week there. We usually see the glass as half full than empty but my goodness this hotel was just so bad - from the moment we arrived, (being unable to get out of the lift due to the queue at reception to the queues for sun beds in the mornings (people queued for more than an hour in the mornings prior to the pool opening to get a sunbed) if you didn't - there is no hope of one the hotel was so packed, no hope of a dining table at dinner unless you go down as soon as it opens at 1930. The reception staff were miserable, the only good thing was the standard of cleaning in the rooms. Unable to sleep at night due to all the noise/music/shouting
