The hotel was clean, staff friendly. I cannot say nothing good about the food and the pool.
Food tasteless and boring. Swimming pool very small and u had to chase from early in the morning to get your sun loungers.

Went there not expecting very much, but was pleasantly surprised. Room was basic and small, but it was clean. Tv in room had BBC and ITV-bonus for late night viewing. Meals in restaurant were very good. Breakfast included eggs, bacon, beans, toast. Varius breads and continental meats and cheases. Lunches and dinners were also very good- always a fish, meat and veg option. My main bugbears however were with the hour long queue for swimming pool. Same people, same sunbeds every day. Towels on beds when not always used. Of our 10 day stay, we managed 1 day by pool. Not very practical when our intention was to improve our daughter's swimming. There is an rooftop indoor pool, but this was very hot. The other bugbear was the Spanish children were allowed to run riot round the bar area, but when my daughter was playing tag with a friend, they were told off. Not sure we would stay there again, as we were all inclusive, but due to lack of pool and bar seating space, spent alot of our time outside the hotel exploring Benidorm and taking advantage of the wonderful beach. Only recommend to go in hight of season, if you are happy to queue up for a sunbed each day, and can put up with screaming babies at meal times. Otherwise go b&b and try out the many bars and restaurants in Benidorm-many are very reasonably priced and clean.

Room Tip: our room overlooked the pool with a fantastic air con unit. Once patio doors are closed, this blocks...

Went here with my son and parents and would never go back again. The hotel was average, most of the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean if not outdated and a little shabby. The pool was small and there was no shade at all and there was not enough sun loungers and the toilets were not always very clean.

We arrived about 10pm and went straight for a meal which was disgusting.....last of the food left from the evening meal....hoped the following day would be better but were dissapointed. Breakfast was the usual...cerial, cold meats/cheese pasteries and hot food ( but bacon beans tomatoes and fried eggs 5 days in a row gets very boring). Main meals consisted of piella or pasta, fish, vegtables chips and only 1 choice of meat (which wasnt always cooked properly). We were even served the same meat both lunch and dinner times one day.

Drinks were served at the pool bar during the day and main bar in an evening but you were only allowed to get 2 drinks at a time so couldn't get drinks for everyone in one go unless two people went to the bar and staff could be quite rude about this. Evening entertainment was the usual but was inside.

Overall was a very disappointing holiday. Would never go back there and would NOT recommend this hotel...there are a lot of other much better hotels to choose from.

I stayed here for a week in May. We stayed all inclusive and there were 3 of us in a room.

The food was good, of a decent standard and seemed to be replenished often enough. Beer & Wine available at meal times along with water. Yes the spanish seemed to be a little abrupt and sometimes rude pushing in front or taking an AGE to collect a bread roll but do you know what? It is their country and their holiday too so live and let live I say. They did me no harm directly! The entertainment was very directed towards them but we were visiting in May and so it may well be a different story the closer to the summer it got? The pool was fantastic, the upper tier where the sunbeds are had the sun all day long so get up there if you can. The all inclusive option worked well, the alcohol was good and strong and the bvar staff all seemed aimiable enouigh with us - again as I say in many of my reviews, I find that if you are polite and friendly first, that they will mirror this behaviour!!!! The location is a bit too far out for my liking - costing €10 each way in a taxi to the new town or to the beach which is a bit costly if you are wanting to do the trip a couple of times a day but that said it was nice to be out of the way and not in the hustle and bustle of the mad benidorm we all know and love!!!! Give this place a go, it was clean and the TV had ITV on it so we were made up - ha! Small things!!! x

I stayed here in July 2013 and have to say its one of the best holidays I have had. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and very pleasant. The food was excellent and the all inclusive bar queue moved very quickly as the barmen did their utmost best go get everyone served as quickly as possible. My family also thoroughly enjoyed the nightly entertainment and the room was lovely. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
